Darrell grew up in the close-knit, community-driven coastal town of Coffs Harbour on the mid-North coast of New South Wales. After leaving home at 19 he travelled and worked his way around parts of Australia, before deciding to call the Gold Coast his new home in 1988. Married with three busy, growing boys he keeps himself fit with gym-work, surfing and competing in triathlons … “I find that if I’m fit physically, then I’m fit mentally and can deal with the long hours, demands and challenges that real estate throws at you”.

With over 15 years retail and management experience prior to joining the Real Estate profession in 2001, his customer service, attention to detail, genuine desire to please and “get the job done” attitude is first class. Having bought, sold and renovated several of his own homes, as well as owning investment properties, he can empathise with both buyers and sellers and fully understands the range of emotions experienced throughout every step of the process.
