• A transcrição e a análise de textos e eventos discursivos

multimodais são noções intimamente relacionadas.(Baldry e Thibault, 2006, p. xvi).

• A transcrição é um modo de revelar tanto a

desenrolar dinâmico no tempo ao longo de caminhosou trajetórias textualmente mais ou menos restritas.

• A análise sintetiza os resultados da transcrição a fim de

dar suporte a afirmativas sobre o significado textual demodo criterioso e replicável.
