Functional capabilities> Digital indication of measured component concentration on each measuring channel;> Generation of unified output current signal proportional to analyte concentration;> Generation of green-light indication upon gas analyzer powering on;> Generation of text and light alarm indicating that analyte concentration exceeds or drops below threshold values;> Self-diagnostics with output of its results onto display;
Multifunctional gas analyzer of multi-component mixtures ГАММА-100
Designed for process and ecological monitoring by means of continuous automatic measurement of 1 or up to 3 components.
ApplicationIn automated process control systems in ferrous and non-ferrous metallurgy, cement and glass industries, at brick and ceramics manufacturing plants.
Gas analyzer type - fixed.Sampling – forced (flow rate pump is not a component of the device).
> Commutation of external circuits with two groups of switching relay (250 V, 2,8 A) contacts (“dry contacts”) for automatic actuating device switching-on (-off) upon alarm actuation indicating that the measured component has reached the set threshold values (excess or drop);> Output if data on measured component concentration in a digital form via RS 232, RS 485 and Ethernet (depending on version), in addition to the option of concentration reading on main channels, gas analyzer also has an option of control via RS 232 (RS 485) communication channel, i.e.: - adjustment of scale initial value; - adjustment of scale finite value; - thresholds setting.
Operating conditions
Interval between verifications for thermoconductometric and infrared sensors is extended up to 30 days, for thermomagnetic – up to 6 months.

Gas analyzer versions
Design featuresGas analyzer is a single-unit device with measuring sensors built in its enclosure. Front panel has: LCD that displays measurement data, control keyboard, flow rate indication of monitored sample. Gas analyzer is furnished with RS 232, RS 485, Ethernet interfaces, via which data can be transferred to PC. Gas analyzer also has unified current output (0 - 5 mA or 4 - 20 mA, can be switched) and relay contacts for commutation of external circuits. Gas analyzer is powered with 220 V from AC mains.
Standard equipment> Gas analyzer ГАММА-100;> SPTA set;> CD with software;> Documentation.
Optional items can be ordered> TGM-SSS cylinders;> Flow rate indicator ИБЯЛ.418622.001-07 (or analogous one) to ensure sample flow rate
3 of (0,9 ± 0,1) dm /min;> Flow rate indicator ИБЯЛ.418622.001-10 (or analogous one) to ensure gas flow rate
3 of (0,2 ± 0,05) dm /min;
In case parameters of analyzable medium at gas analyzer inlet do not meet technical requirements, a suitable sample preparation system can be supplied on separate order. This system can comprise cooler, flow rate pump, sample dehydrator and other devices.
> Fine adjustment valve ИБЯЛ.306577.002-03 (of stainless steel);> Fine adjustment valve ИБЯЛ.306577.002 (of brass);> Sample preparation elements in accordance with as analyzer application.
