The focus was on several legal acts: Law on Local Self-Government; Law on the Organization and Operation of the State Authorities; Law on General Administrative Procedure; Law on Inspection Supervision; etc. The system for employment of inspectors within the Municipalities was also reviewed, covering the Rulebooks for Systematization of Work Positions as well as the Rulebooks for Internal Organization of the Units of Local Self-Government. The project resulted with a 22 pages-long analysis, with specific recommendations.
