Graded WorkCUSD Grading Policy

90 – 100 = A80 – 89 = B70 – 79 = C60 – 69 = D

Below 60 = F

• Papers are marked number correct over the number possible (17/20, 9/10)

• Anything graded can be corrected to receive ½ point added to original score. (Reading is sometimes the exception due to class review)

• Not all papers are graded but are used to drive instruction

Absences &TardinessRoom 27 Policies

•Make-up work will be sent up in the afternoons or when student returns

• Not all work can be made up

• Send in an excuse letter

• After multiple absences a letter is sent home from the school/county.

• Remember, excessive tardies have a negative impact on student achievement
