THE SUSPECTS

Mrs. HickmanAccording to Mrs. Siegel, Mrs. Hickman wanted to find a husband for her daughter. “Gotta find her a husband so that she can move out and I can turn her bedroom into my own personal spa. I’ll call it Viva la Hickman”, she always said. Everyone knew she wanted her daughter to marry a Dr. so that there would be someone to take care of her when she got old…and who better than Dr Shivers?

During the police interview, Mrs. Hickman stated that at the time of the crime, she was at home asleep dreaming about quadratic equations. Her husband was also asleep.

Mrs. Hickman was fingerprinted for further analysis and released

Possible Motive: She wanted a husband forher daughter

Alibi: She was dreaming about equations.

Mrs. SiegelAccording to Mrs. Miller, Mrs. Siegel was in desperate need of child care. Ms. Poppins used to watch her son but one day, she opened her umbrella too far and just floated away leaving her without a nanny. She was overheard saying that she wished that Dr Shivers would babysit for her because she knew for a fact that he didn’t own any umbrellas. During the police interview, Mrs. Siegel stated that she was home at the time working on a book she is writing entitled “English is Kool, Yo”. Her husband was home too but was asleep.Mrs. Siegel was fingerprinted for further analysis and released .

Possible Motive: Needed a nanny

Alibi:Was at home writing but no one saw her

Mrs. MillerAccording to Mr. Massey, Mrs. Miller was overwhelmed with her responsibilities as head of student council. She was heard on many occasions saying “I need my own personal assistant to help me run things! Mrs. Sime has Dr. Shivers helping her and she doesn’t do half of the work that I do. Maybe Dr Shivers should come work for me!” She also decided that he would make an excellent DJ for the school dances.

During the police interview, Mrs. Miller stated that she was busy at the time watching paint dry. No one was home with her at the time Mrs. Miller was fingerprinted for further analysis and released .

Alibi: Home watching paint dry

Mr. MasseyAccording to Miss Gardiner, Mr. Massey had a rare skin disease where the only treatment was to consume human flesh. He was overheard saying that he was “sick and tired of having to eat everyone else’s dry and wrinkled skin”. Also, human skin kept getting caught in his teeth. He confided in Mrs. Hickman that he thought Dr Shiver’s plastic skin would be a welcomed change. The plastic was much meatier and would go great with some fava beans and a nice chianti.

During the police interview, Mr. Massey stated that he was busy at the time cow tipping at a neighbor’s farm. No one saw him do this but there were a lot of cows laying on their backs when the police went to check his alibi.

Mr. Massey was fingerprinted and held overnight in jail for the cow tipping incident.

Mrs. Gardiner

According to Mrs. Hickman, the justice of the piece that was officiate at her wedding decided to leave town to join the circus instead. Miss Gardiner knew that Dr Shivers used to be a captain of the Good Ship Lollipop and as such, he had the legal right to officiate. Dr Shivers refused to help Miss Gardiner get married because he knew that she had a secret crush on him and it wouldn’t be fair to her fiancé.

Miss Gardiner stated that at the time of the crime, he was getting a pedicure at Château Le Feet. Le Feet is open 24 hours but there is no record of Miss Gardiner having an appointment nor does anyone remember seeing her but her feet smelled really good.

Miss Gardiner was fingerprinted and released.

Possible Motive:Wanted him toofficiate her wedding

Or she had a crush on him. Either one works. Alibi: Was getting a Pedicure.
