Applications

• Medium pressure hydraulics : - up to 315 bars (MPX 06)- up to 250 bars (MPX 10, 12, 16

and 19),- up to 200 bars (MPX 25).

• Quick connection of lines ensuring :- no contamination of hydraulic circuits

and no pollution of environment,- high performance,- safety.

For many hydraulic applicationsincluding :- Connections to machinery,- Injection moulding machinery,- Core pulling circuits.

MPX non-spill range

Non-spill, flush-face

The MPX avoids the introduction ofair into the hydraulic circuits whilstassuring no pollution of the workingarea. Prior to connection the flushfaces may be easily wiped to preventcontamination of the circuits.

Automatic connection

Automatic connection is achievedsimply by pushing the plug into thesocket.

Safety locking feature

A safety pin prevents accidentalpulling back of the sleeve. To activate this safety feature asimple rotation of the sleeve afterconnection is required.

High tolerance to temperatureand hydraulic fluidcompatibility

The MPX couplings are equippedwith Fluorocarbon (FPM) seals asstandard giving :

■ compatibility with the majority ofhydraulic fluids

■ wide range of operatingtemperatures

Complies to hydraulicstandards

The MPX range is designed to comply with the standard ISO 16 028.In addition the MPX 10 complies to the standardANSI/(NFPA) T3 20-15 required by the HTMA (Hydraulic ToolManufacturers Association).
