Program Reminders

Annual Academic Reviews are due

on May 15. If you are a first year

student, or will continue in the program

past summer term, you need to

complete an Annual Academic Review

this term. Review details here:

Make sure your Program of Study is

approved by the Graduate School and

up to date. Detailed instructions on the

program of study are available in each

MPH option handbook. The program of

study must be approved by the

Graduate School by the first week of

the second to last term of the student’s

program.

If you will be attempting your final oral

exam or ILE, complete the Exam

Scheduling Form at least 2 weeks

prior to the event.

100% tuition refund

course (no refunds)

basis of a course

Jun 12: Spring term ends
