Manip’Pic with storage kitPractical, the tines are stored away in the loader arm !Donothuntanylongerforyourtines,MANIPhasdesignedastoragespacein the loader arm so that you can store them away once the job finished. The implement holder is designed to receive directly the two tines fixed by pin. Thus with just two tines, you can handle round or square bales without an extra implement. As simple as astute, one just had to come up with the idea ! Positioned at the same height as the articulation point of the implements, the Manip’Pic tines benefit from the maximum height of the loader.

All the Manip’ loaders and imple-ments are shot blasted resulting in afirst-classfinish.Shot blasting,

cleaning, phosphate treatment, drying, powder painting and polymerization are the 6 stages that ensure a perfect, high quality finish to the Manip’ products. The powder paint which is recycled and uses nosolvents,nodiluents isenvironment-friendly.

Parking standsThe new parking stands integrated into the loader unfold and fold in a few seconds and no tools are required.Robust with lateral reinforcement,they ensure a perfect stability. Folded up,they integrate perfectly into the arm formaximum clearance. (ExceptMP’45AandMP’55A)

Arm designThe Manip’ MP’A arm is made up of two C beams welded together.

It is also designed with reinforcing junction plates on the transversal beam on the inside and outside of the arm.

The design of the MP’A arms and single-beam constructionensure an excellent visibility of the implements, no matter what the position the loader is in.

Visibility

The clear and logical arran-gement of the hydraulic circuits and the width of the arms (standard 1020mm) ensureexcellent visibility of the hitch and the implement. The new lateral arrangement of the hoses ensures the best visibility and an optimal positioning of the loader no matter what the position.

A quality arm ! A quality arm !

Ringed articulations, mounted on Silent block type washersAll the shafts on the Manip’ loaders are made in special steel and have undergone chromating. They are equipped with protected greasers directly accessible. These shafts are also locked by Silent blocks.

The shafts are equipped with Silent block washers which ensure an assembly without play and an optimum greasing of the shafts and bushings.

All the articulations are also equipped with bushings with a greasing system. This guarantees a longer loader life.

RodsThe rods are the parts of the loader which are in the most demand.This is why, for the design of the loader, we have chosen moulded rods with machined and ringed shafts.This assembly guarantees high reliability and an assembly without play.

The loaders with parallel linkage are equipped with cylinders with double rods which ensure a tipping speed of the implement equal to the digging speed for quicker handling.

The safety valves are standard equipment on all the Manip’ loaders.These valves protect theTractor-Loaderunit from possible shocks whether in forward or reverse gear.

Safety valvesAll the Manip’ loaders are equipped with tipping and digging stop parts. The cylinders are never used as stop parts. The digging stop parts relieve the stress on hydraulics and the cylinders. The tipping stop parts allow for a shaking of the implement when handling sticky materials.

Conical lockDuring the hitching operation, when lifting theloader, the lock, pushed by the spring, automatically comes into place.Theconicallyshapedlock(inblue)guaranteesthebacklash elimination. Thus, even after years of use, the hitch of your loader on the tractor will always be rigid and without play.Duringthehitchingoperation,youhaveadirectview from the tractor seat on the two locks in order to check quite easily that your loader is correctly locked on.This also has a safety system to avoid any accidental unlocking. UnlockingDuetothelonglever(28cm),theunlockingof the the Manip’ loader is easy and without effort.Furthermore, its design and position have been studied to enable a rapid and practical un-locking. On the right hand or left hand side of the tractor, with or wi-thout side exhaust, the lever is always easilyaccessible.Neithertheexhaust,northe hydraulic fittings get in the way for unlocking the loader.

The sloping shape of the upper subframe part guarantees a vertical guiding of the loader when hitching. The rounded forms of the hitching subframe part also ensure a sideways guiding of the loader for an easy hitching up in any situation.

The hydraulic fittings between the tractor and the loader in the standard version are made by Push Pull with coloured indicators.For even more comfort and time saving, the rapid PPS Faster is also available. The flat seals avoid leakages. The ergonomic handle ensures an easy installing an its form avoids interference with the front mud guards on the tractors.

2 • Lift up the loader, it locks in automatically without having to get down from the tractor or push the loader.

Gliss-Matic

The Gliss-Matic subframe is speciallydesigned for narrow and orchard tractors. Withaheightof1m25andawidthof0m94,theGliss-Maticsubframedoesnotoverlap the engine bonnet and preserves the trees from damages.

The Manip’ loaders and subframes are designed so as to be compatible with the front linkages on tractors.The cross beam at the front of the loader and the single width of the arm (1020mm) for all the standardloaders guarantee a wide clearance to the front of the tractor.Folded, the arms of the front linkage pass between the loader arms.

The Manip’ monolever is flexible, precise and reliable. Its especially studied ergonomic design ensures easy and fast handling. Buttons of the additional functions are ideally positioned. The robust design of the handle and the casing ensure the reliability of the Manip’ monolever.

Float position (F)The Manip’ monolever and the distributor integrate as standard equipment, a floating position. By pushing the lever completely forward, the distributor is put into floating position and the tool follows the ground contours.

The diagrams which are clear and precise on the handle are protected. Even after hours of work, they can still be read.

The safety locking system locks the loader when not used or when being on the road.

The heart of the Manip’ monolever is also well designed. No place forplastic which wears too easily. The knob is made entirely out of metal for a longer life.

Working positionIdeally positioned in the cab, the Manip’ monolever is easy to work with. The use of the buttons for the 3rd and 4th functionsandthehydro-lockismade almost intuitively.

Public Works Monolever typeOriginating from public works machines, the Manip’ Drive 2 monolever is veryergonomic and easy to handle. When your arm and you hand are still relaxed at the end of a long day’s work with your loader, you will understand why we have made this choice.

PositionPositionned on the arm rest, the Manip’Drive 2 monolever has its ownbracket :Independent from the arm rest, its length can be adjusted as well as the position with regards to the arm rest to suit the morphology and working habits of the operator.

The safety locking enables the blocking of the loader when it is not being used or during road transport.

The HPS system of automatic repositioning of the tool is entirely integrated into the Manip’Drive2.Itiscompletelyindependentofthehydraulic lifting system of the loader.By simply pressing the button, the implement is levelled no matter the position of the loader or the implement. Levelling is made without the necessity of simultaneously lowering the loader. As soon as you press the HPS button, the two sensors positioned on the level indicator activate the hydraulic distributor until the implement is levelled.

Reinforced Euro implement holder

The Manip’ loaders have an Euro implement holder as standard equipment which allows you to use a multitude of implements. This implement holder, equipped with a solid profile cross tube, is extremely robust. This cross tube also integrates the brackets for the Manip’Pic. The locking system has also been reinforced and the locking guide system optimized.

Hydro-lockWeyoufrequentlyhavetochangeimplements,thehydro-lockoptionenablesahydrauliclockingandunlockingfromthetractorcab.Thehydro-locksystemisavailablewiththeManip’monoleverortheManip’Drive2control system. A safety system integrated into the monolever avoids any untimely unlocking.

Optimized angles The loader has been designed to have large implement angles when digging or tipping. Filling and emptying are made easier.

Implement CouplersIn the standard version, the 3rd and 4th functions are equipped with push-pull couplers markedwith different colours. Each function is equip-ped with a male coupler and a female coupler in order to avoid inversing the connections.OnoptionthePPS2enablesarapidhydraulicconnection. It isfittedwithanti-pollutioncou-plers as standard equipment.
