Welcome to the Master Synchronic Code Book! There comes a point in history where everything has been done, the amount of novelty reaches a saturation point, and the human mind becomes embedded in its own self-created clichs and cannot see out of the self-limiting blinders of the knowledge it has constructed out of its misperceptions of the world. It is precisely at such a point where a flash of genuinely new unrehearsed knowledge must penetrate the thick, dense mass of foggy consciousness.
The codes of time are all aspects of a system of new knowledge. New knowledge by its nature is cathartic and transformative. Old knowledge must be displaced, abandoned or revised; otherwise, the new knowledge will not take root. There must be a turning in the deepest seat of consciousness for the new knowledge to become real in order to inform and nourish the most profound psychic bases of our being. This can be by turns a painful, a bewildering, or even a boring process. Painful because new knowledge confronts the spell of egoic attachments that the old knowledge casts upon us; bewildering because the new knowledge does not fit our preconceived notions of reality, both philosophically or socially; and boring, because sometimes it seems like it is just rote practice and we are not certain that it leads anywhere or that anything is really happening. The point is: once you have entered the stream of new knowledge, do not stop half way. If you dont do it, it wont work.

All of the codes contained in the Master Synchronic Code Book can be found in the 13 Moon calendar. You can start anywhere as these are continuously repeating cycles. Once started you can understand how the cycles of 13:20 repeat; then you can further your study of the Dreamspell, a pure 13:20 cycle. The most important practices are those of natural mind meditation and submission to the Creator. Hand in hand, these practices expose and diminish the power of the ego, the root of all psychic disharmony. Natural mind meditation along with practice of the synchronic order will create a genuine culture of peace, a galactic culture free from aggression and abuse of free will.

Natural Mind MeditationThe practice for awakening natural mind is extraordinarily simple. It is the most human form and experience you can have. It is the repository of natural dignity as well. In addition, anyone can do it. You just have to sit still. The natural way is to sit on the floor, on a cushion that is firm, supports the erect back, and that allows one to sit cross-legged. On the floor, on a cushion like this is most preferable and most natural. However, if that is not possible due to your health and/or body condition, then sit on a chair with feet firmly on the floor and back erect, not leaning on the back of the chair.
Holding the spine erect is already waking up and staying awake. The chin is just slightly down and the eyes are half-open looking down the tip of the nose to the floor. The eyes are open to avoid falling asleep or going into fantasy realms, which occurs all too easily when the eyes are closed. The point is not to escape from reality but to see and experience the natural mind without acting on it. The hands are comfortably on the knees, palms down. Holding this is the natural posture of the alert human being. Keep checking your posture as you sit. You want the spine to be erect, holding you up. The capacity to do this is what distinguishes the human from virtually every other animal. Do not slouch!
Now, in this position, you have nothing to do but watch your breath. Breathe normally. You will become immediately aware of your thoughts. As you become aware of your thoughtsit matters not the least the nature or content of the thoughtjust label it thinking, and as you exhale, dissolve the thought. At that very moment before inhaling and just as the thought is dissolved, lies the gap between the thoughts. It is this gap you are going to want to become familiar with and cultivate. It is the seed of natural mind and the key to your true, authentic self.
Try doing this for half an hour, for 45 minutes, or even an hour. You have to realize that just holding this position, no matter what is occurring in your mind, you are peace. You are resisting unexamined thought impulses to do things while remaining in a position that is thoroughly non-aggressive. Imagine everyone on the planet doing this for one hour each morning before they start their day. Wouldnt the world then be at peace? The importance of holding this position cannot be emphasized enough. It is 99 per cent of this practice of experiencing your natural mind, because it is really the only way that you are going to be able to experience your natural mindand nothing else. In addition, if you do not know what natural mind is, you cannot really say you are in natural time.
It can be argued that you can experience your natural mind while driving a car, or doing beadwork, or playing golf or, certainly, gardening, for instance, which is true enough. But while you are involved in these activities, you are still preoccupied with something. You are not actually devoting your whole self to experiencing directly the nature of your original mind and self to the exclusion of all else. And that is the point of this training. To have the pure, raw experience of seeing your own mindthat and nothing else.

Where is time located? You cant find it, see it, or touch it. You can see, smell, touch and taste space. The third dimension is the dimension of space. The fourth dimension is the dimension of time and mind; that is where all art comes from and that is where all art takes you.
Time is holographic. Time is fractal. Time is radial.

Time is the universal factor of synchronization. T(E) = Art, energy factored by time equals art, is the fundamental premise of the Law of Time; a corollary premise is that the velocity of time is instantaneously infinite; while the third premise is the distinction of the 12:60 and 13:20 timing frequencies (see Dreamspell, Journey of Timeship Earth 2013). The 12:60/13:20 presents a new level of discrimination for our mind. But this has to be coupled with the morality of time; this means we have complete respect for the autonomy of all beings and of all species and that we are living in a state of compassionate harmony. This is not enforced by laws and police but simply by the human community living in the cycles of nature. Understanding and applying these three premises constitutes the primary knowledge base of the New Time. Comprehending the Law of Time in the context of the old paradigm is also essential.
The basic staples of the Law of Time are the Tzolkinthe 260-unit 13:20 matrix which is the multidimensional gauge, index and compendium of time knowledgeand the simultaneous use of any number of calendars all synchronized in one way or another to the 13:20 matrix.
The Tzolkin is a harmonic module which contains the cosmic code, the binary triplet figure. This is a fourth-dimensional code which completely redefines our conception of the universe.

At its height, the Maya civilization operated by at least seventeen different calendars, or more appropriately, synchronometersmeasurers of synchronicity or the synchronic order. This is because the Law of Time recognizes the existence of time as the fourth dimension, or the synchronic order. This synchronic order is now being introduced to humanity as a whole through the Law of Time and its various tools and principles of application. The ancient Maya knew the 13:20 timing frequency. It is encoded as a 260-unit matrix known as the Tzolkin (sacred count). Its essence is kept by a continuous set of permutations of 20 iconsSolar Sealsand 13 numbersGalactic Tones.
The Thirteen Moon calendar is perfectly synchronized with the 260-unit Tzolkin. The synchronization date is July 26. By working with the synchronic order of time, beginning with the synchronization of a 260 and a 365-day cycle, we open up the field of telepathy.

13 Moon/28 day Synchronometer is a perpetual, harmonic calendar. It is called the Moon calendar because it is based on the female 28-day menstruation cycle, which is also the average lunar cycle. The moon goes around the Earth 13 times in one year. This means that the 13 Moon calendar is a solar-lunar calendar that measures the Earths orbit around the sun by the apsidal lunation cycle of 28 days. Thirteen perfect months of 28 days = 52 perfect weeks of 7 days = 364 days.
The 365th day is called the Day out of Time because it is no day of the week or month at all. This day, which falls on the Gregorian correlate date of July 25, is a day for forgiveness and the artistic celebration of life and freedom. The synchronization or New Years date of the 13 Moon calendar is July 26, and corresponds to the rising of the great star Sirius. This makes the 13 Moon calendar a tool for harmonizing ourselves with the galaxy. Of course, the Thirteen Moon calendar also synchronizes the phases of the moon in a pattern that demonstrates its regularity and order.
The principle of multiple calendar coordination is achieved by the Thirteen Moon/28-day calendar, which synchronizes the Tzolkin, the Maya long count, the lunar calendars and the Gregorian calendar. In addition, various tools exist to introduce the human intelligence to higher levels of the synchronic order, including the Dreamspell, the Telektonon, the Twenty Tablets of the Law of Time, the Rinri Project, and the Dynamics of Time, the Mystery of the Stone, the MOAP, the Wisdom Cycles and the Correct Laws of Thought. Galactic Notation, Destiny Oracle & 4 Watches Learning the synchronic order is like learning a new language. Even the numbers are different. The synchronic order is a 20-count, also known as 0-19 code it is written in dot-bar notation which is easy to follow: a dot is one, 4 dots is four, a bar is five; five with two dots above is seven, etc. You can also see how each of the 20 seals is accorded a number in the 0-19 code. Study and meditate on the overall form, color patterns and structure. Meditate on each glyph in relation to the other and plug them into their corresponding chakras both in your body (human holon) and the planet (planet holon).
In the Dreamspell Oracle, patterns of third-dimensional relations are functions of fourth-dimensional time. In the third dimension these patterns are called synchronicities. In the fourth dimension, these patterns form a single radial matrix. In a radial matrix, every part is related equally to every other part.

The chronosphere is the sphere of time that keeps the planet in time. This chronosphere is related to the phenomenon of the planets information and memory storage retrieval system. Wavespells The wavespell is a standard fractal unit of measure; a form constant of 13 units, representing a fourth-dimensional, 13-tone cosmology, or 13 tones of creation. Each of the 13 tones of the wavespell represents a discrete cosmological sequence, which describes a process of ongoing creation. Through conscious attunement to the wavespell, the self-reflective component of the planetary system, the noosphere, will recapitulate in unceasing waves the 13-tone cosmology of the fourth dimension.

The Dreamspell Genesis represents 20 wavespells equivalent to the 26,000-year evolutionary journey. Each unit represents one wavespell equivalent to 1,300 years. There are 10 wavespells on the outer units and 10 wavespells on the inner units. This particular Earth cycle begins in 3187 B.C. and ends in 2013 A.D.
To restore and maintain the radial nature of solar-planetary time, the Dreamspell geneses and the 5 castles of the Timeship are organized into 5 genesis memory cells. Within each of the 5 memory cells the 20 tribes are organized according to antipode pairs. These pairs follow the laws of radial time.

The fifth-dimensional timing factor is the principle of the four galactic seasons or Spectra which describes the primal creative powers of the fifth force. The fifth- to fourth-dimensional movement of the four galactic seasons coordinates continuous fourth- to third-dimensional galactic spins.

Each spectral (spectrum) season consists of 13 five-kin chromatics or 65 kin. Each Galactic Spectrum is divided into three 20-day cycles plus one 5-day cycle, coded by the four polar kin: Serpent (red), Dog (white), Eagle (blue), and Sun (yellow), always in the sequence of tones: 3 (establish-20 days), 10 (extend-20 days), 4 (convert-20 days), 11 (transport-5 days).
Vinals Vinals are 20-day cycles that recount the sequence of the cycle of solar wisdom. Vinal cycles start at the beginning of the year and change every 20 days on the yearly solar seal. For example: this is the Red Magnetic Moon year so the vinal shifts every Moon day. There are 18 vinals (x 20 days = 360 days) + a five-day cycle called the Uayeb (= 365 days), a time for purification and reflection. Names from the vinal solar cycle are derived from the original Maya. Together the vinals constitute the pure solar cycle or Haab, and the affirmations describe the wisdom of the sun as a single, multiply articulated thought form.

1. Dragon: The Compassion for sentient beings has already been performed since the beginning. Dragon nurtures compassion for all beings.
2. Wind: The Mandala has already been laid out since the beginning. Wind communicates spirit, the essence of which is the mandala of the original cosmic order.
3. Night: The Offering (puja) has already been made since the beginning. Night dreams abundance heaped up as the limitless offering to the Divine One.
4. Seed: The Spiritual Conduct has already been done since the beginning. Seed targets the flowering of intrinsic awareness as the basis of Spiritual Conduct.

The 24 Runes of the Elder Futhark andthe Seven Major Arcanum of the Law of Time
The practice of the 24 Runes of the Elder Futhark represent the culminating revelation of the Cube of the Law (See 20 Tablets of the Law of Time). It is the 24 Runes that seal the six radial plasmas, Dali through Limi, and thereby grant an authentic aboriginal continuity to the radion we are releasing.
The 24 Elder Futhark are coded precisely to the 24 Psi Nimboid Membranes (see Earth Ascending, Map 29 and graphic at right). The Psi Nimboid Membranes are arranged in four sets of six membranes each, each set corresponding to one of four Psi Plates (see also, page 47). The function of the Psi Nimboid Membranes (PNMs) is to regulate and process the flow of information within the Psi Bank, understood as the collective planetary telepathic brain. The Psi Nimboid Membranes actually articulate the flow of PSI as a single mental stream with infinite variations. By coding the 24 PNMs with the Elder Futhark Runes according to the Law of Time, the higher collective mind is awakened into the structure of a unitive 24-stage process, otherwise known as the primary aboriginal grammar of telepathy.
Each Psi Plate corresponds to one of the four weeks of the moon (shown at right) as well as one quarter of the planet body and one season. (Ex: Week 1: Afro-Eurasian Plate, Spring. Week 2: Pacific Plate, Summer) Note how the movement of the Futhark runes is toward the center, Equator, the seventh day of each week.
The Cosmology of Time is based on the Power of Seven and is known as the Major Arcanum of the Law of Time. Arcanum refers to mysterious knowledge known only to the initiate, or one having the key. The Major Arcanum of the Law of Time, the Cosmology of Seven, underlies the mysterious text referred to by the Chilam Balam, or Jaguar Priests, as the Book of the Seven Generations.

In this cosmology, the seven key points are held by images that are coded by one each of the Radial Plasmas and constitute a cubic lattice.
The form and movement of the cosmology of the Major Arcanum assume the shape of the Heptagonon of Mind or Primal Cubic Parton, in which the relation of numbers 1 and 2 describe the top and bottom of a cube; numbers 3 and 4 describe the front and back sides of the cube; numbers 5 and 6 describe the right and left sides of the cube; while the number 7 defines the center point of the cube.
You can visualize this cube as fitting perfectly around the DNA Cube (see page 57), like a glove, where the Futhark Rune seals the corresponding Radial Plasma (Ex: Day 13, Limi, left side of the cube, sealed by Othala).

Seven Radial PlasmasWithin the prana, or the vital breath are the different primary plasmas, known as the seven radial plasmas Once consciously breathed in, these plasmas may be directed to different chakras, where they provide the energetic psychotelepathic fuel. Cosmic History, Vol. 1
According to Cosmic Science, the seven radial plasmas are the primary electrical charges of creation. They continuously permeate and circulate through all of creation. In our own being they are coordinated through the seven chakras. Through the daily 7:7::7:7 practice, we can activate the plasmas in our chakras with a corresponding affirmation. Read and contemplate p. 80-81 of Cosmic History Chronicles, Volume I carefully. Meditate on each of the seven radial plasmas as being a specific telepathic message unit.
