    In order to be able to gather safely, our next conference will look a little different than years past.

    The Oasis Hotel & Convention Center has installed ultra violet light in all areas of the hotel, and has implemented enhanced cleaning measures. All guests will be screened for virus symptoms and other

    potential quarantine restrictions prior to entry on the property and again prior to entry at the conference. Our contract with the hotel provides for limited seating, 6 feet apart and mandated facial masks, with an option to cancel the in person conference and move to a virtual format if

    pandemic conditions worsen in the weeks before the conference.

    The Early Registration Rate will be $175. Early registration is encouraged in order to reserve your spot as seating will be limited.* If we are in person, registration will include a socially distanced

    lunch on Tuesday and Wednesday, and a tentative dinner on Tuesday evening. Early Registration ends April 23, 2021. Registrations received after April 23 will be $250/person. Walk-ins (persons not

    previously registered) will be charged $250/ person.
