1 | Cassie Barlow | Director Aerospace Professional Development,SOCHE Cassie currently serves as the Director of Aerospace Professional Development at the Southwestern Ohio Council on Higher Education. Previously served as the Commander of the 88th Air Base Wing at WPAFB, culminating 26 years of service in the USAF serving all over the world at many different commands and leadership levels. Received undergraduate degree from Georgetown University, Masters from Chapman University and PhD from Rice University.

2 | Sara Collins | Director of Development, The Dayton Regional STEM SchoolSara Collins has more than 15 years of experience in community engagement, public relations, and fundraising, mainly for nonprofit organizations. Prior to joining DRSS, she served as Executive Vice President at CBD Advisors and the Vice President of Community Relations at ATIC. She graduated from Ohio University, enjoys running, and being an active part of the community.  Sara’s favorite role is being a mom to her two sons and three step-children.

3 | Paula Cosby | Executive Director, Clothes That WorkPaula Cosby is the Executive Director for Clothes That Work, a nonprofit organization that provides professional clothing, coaching and educational services for under resourced job seekers. Paula received her Master of Public Administration degree from Wright State University, a Bachelor’s Degree from the University of Dayton, and holds a certificate in Nonprofit Management from the Nonprofit Leadership Alliance.

4 | Catherine “Katy” Crosby | Executive Director, City of Dayton Human Relations CouncilMost recently, Katy has been involved with negotiating public benefit agreements with financial institutions on behalf of low-to-moderate income communities and communities of color totaling over $60 billion combined.

5 | Judy Dodge | Commissioner, Montgomery CountyJudy Dodge was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio where she attended Dayton Public Schools and graduated from Colonel White High School. She graduated from Wright State University with a degree in Political Science. Judy has served the public for many years in local and state government, including service in the Ohio Attorney General’s Office. Judy was also the Montgomery County Recorder from 2001 – 2006, and was elected to the Montgomery County Commission in 2006, and is currently serving her second full term.

6 | Kim Duncan | CEO (Retired), Founder & Former CEO of Elements IV Kim Duncan serves as Vice-Chair of Crayons to Classroom’s Board, is a member of the Think-TV Community Advisory Council, a juror for BBB Eclipse Integrity Awards and serves on two for-profit business advisory boards. The Dayton Area Chamber of Commerce recognized Kim at their 2012 Annual Meeting with the Timothy Hull Volunteer of the Year award and she was recognized as one of the Dayton Daily News 2013 Ten Top Women honorees.

7 | Anne Eiting Klamar | Chair of the Board, MidmarkKlamar began her career practicing medicine at Family Physicians of Urbana, Ohio in 1993. She and her husband, Rob, are active supporters of the healthcare pillar of Free The Children in Kenya and enjoy working with the Office of Global Health at the Ohio State University. Klamar received her Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and graduated with her M.D. degree from the Ohio State University. She is also a graduate of the Owner/ President Management program at the Harvard Business School.

8 | Jackie Gamblin | CEO, JYG InnovationsJackie Gamblin has over 25 years of professional experience in various leadership positions within the Information Technology industry. Ms. Gamblin graduated from Wright State University with a B.S. and from Central Michigan University with a M.S. She is actively involved in several community organizations and has a heart for mentoring young women and collaborating with other small business owners. She strives to learn something new every day and her greatest joy is spending quality time with her family.

9 | Sandra Geib | Director of Development & Marketing, Agape for YouthSandra’s focus is building relationships within the local community that provide additional opportunities for programs and services for the children and families served by Agape. Sandra is happily married to her husband of 33 years, Steve Geib and is the proud mother of three grown children each happily married. A member of WiBN, 2013 Top 25 Women to Watch, Co-chair of the Bridge to Success Mentoring program and member of NANOE’s 2018 Board of Governors.

10 | Kelly Gray | Vice President, Equity Real Estate/Rapid Fired PizzaKelly is focused on building and growing both Rapid Fired Pizza and Hot Head Burritos brands nationwide with focused franchisees and great locations. Kelly has an extensive background in commercial real estate, real estate title, mortgage, and financial securities. She graduated Magna Cum Laude from Capital University and is an active volunteer for Habitat For Humanity and Junior Achievement and a 25+ year member of the American Business Women’s Association.

11 | Elizabeth (Beth) Grubb | Partner, RSMBeth works with business owners and high net worth individuals who need tax strategy and tax compliance services for their closely-held, middle market companies. 12 | Mary Jean Henry | Director of Foundation and Corporate Relations, Wright State UniversityMary’s background includes positions at Wright-Patterson Air Force Base in the former 4950th Test Wing and the Office of Public Information. She is very active in the Dayton community, holding board positions with the Association of Fundraising Professionals for nine years A Dayton native, she holds a M.Ed. in Student Affairs in Higher Education and a B.S. in Organizational Leadership from Wright State University.

13 | Kathy Hollingsworth | President, Innovative InterchangeKathy has more than 40 years of experience in coaching individuals and organizations to their highest potential. Her experience includes coaching and managing both processes and people, facilitating authentic dialogue, developing creative strategies, managing internal and external customers and selling products and services. Kathy earned a bachelor’s degree in geography from Wittenberg University and an MBA from Case Western University.

14 | Leslie Kahn | CEO, Alto Health Care StaffingLeslie started her company out of her home as a single mother over 15 years ago. She retired as a Registered Nurse to focus on growing her business. Alto provides temporary, direct hire, contract staffing and human resource consulting services to clients through out the state of Ohio in addition to launching a national travel nursing division. Alto has partnered with thousands of candidates over the years and averages around 200 active employees in the field at any given time.

15 | Andrea Kunk | CFO, Peerless Technologies CorporationAndrea directs all of Peerless’ financial, accounting, tax, treasury, budgeting, capital management, contracting, legal, and human resources activities. Ms. Kunk has over 15 years of management and technology experience, principally in the defense industry. She is the Vice Chair of the Wright State University (WSU) Foundation Board of Trustees and the Fairborn Development Corporation (FDC) Board of Directors. 16 | Stacey Lawson | Author, Coach, Human Resource Executive and Mentor, Premier HealthStacey earned her B.S., in Humane Resource Management and her M.S., in Business & Industrial Management Counseling. 17 | Peggy Lehner | State Senator, Ohio SenatePrior to serving on City Council, Senator Lehner served on the Ohio Ethics Commission, serving two terms as the Commission Chair. This legislative session, Senator Lehner has been appointed to her fourth term as the Chairwoman of the Senate Standing Committee on Education and serves on a wide array of committees, both in Ohio and nationally. Senator Lehner attended both American College in Paris and St. Mary’s of the Woods College, where she obtained a degree in history.

18 | Kate McEwen | Plant Manager, The Lorenz CorporationAs plant manager for the Lorenz Printing Company, Kate oversees the production process from art and prepress to printing and binding. Her leadership style focuses on team building, employee empowerment, and continuous improvement. Kate has a BM and MM in Vocal Performance, and she is currently pursuing her MBA at Wright State University. Kate has also served as an adjunct voice teacher for the Wright State Department of Theatre Arts since 2006.

19 | Karen Moon | Executive Director, Huntington Learning CenterKaren holds a Bachelor’s Degree from Kettering University and a MBA from the Wharton School of Business at the University of Pennsylvania. Prior to bringing Huntington Learning Center to Dayton in 2006, Karen spent more than 20 years in market analysis, brand management and business development with major corporations including M&M/Mars, Campbell Soup Company and Givaudan Flavors. Currently, she serves on the Board of Directors for the South Metro Chamber of Commerce and as a trustee for the Centerville Washington Foundation.

20 | Cris Peterson | Director, The Leukemia & Lymphoma SocietyAs the Area Director for the Dayton market, Cris oversees a 1.2 million dollar revenue goal and multiple signature events for the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society Tri –State Southwest Ohio Chapter. Cris has over 15 years of experience in the nonprofit space, most recently working for the Juvenile Diabetes Research Foundation (JDRF) as the Development Director, where she oversaw fundraising and community engagement for a fifteen county territory.

21 | Cathy Ponitz | Vice President, CareSourceCathy Ponitz joined CareSource, one of the largest managed healthcare plans in the U.S., in 2006 to develop a new health foundation. Launched in June 2006, the CareSource Foundation invests over $3 million annually in the areas of social determinants of health collaboration with other key funders.
