Doing away with the traditional heavy framework associated with Conveyor repair, the Monaflex vulcanisation system uses lightweight inflatable Airbags and Heat Pads to apply the necessary heat and pressure consistently across the repair area.
This simple, easy to use system provides a large repair capacity giving the user unrivaled flexibility and range with their repairs and splices. Heat cured repairs with a Monaflex system provide the strongest, long lasting repairs and splices possible.

Edges of conveyor belts are vulnerable to abrasions, tears and cuts. All Monaflex systems can be used to fully restore all sections of the belt, including the edges. There is no need for costly specialist systems for these specific jobs.

Vulcanisation is the chemical process in which soft rubber, through the application of heat and
pressure, becomes solid and durable.
During a repair, damaged material on the conveyor belt is removed and either replaced or the good
belting is spliced back together. The repair is then cured in place using the Monaflex system allowing
immediate continued use of the Conveyor belt.
