THE MANUFACTURING

The goods manufactured by our customers for use in various industrysectors, are for companies which demand high standards. Since ourcompany started we have manufactured more than 800 moulds, alwaysusing the most suitable technology.

Prototype Moulds, built with various materials, such as aluminium, die-cast or steel, are designed following the established methods and/ortechnology in order to meet our customers objectives, as either shortproductions (100/200 parts) or large ones (10.000 to 20.000 parts) canbe obtained. We can deliver only the mouldings, and keep the tool inour plant (for a time agreed with the customer) or deliver both the tooland the parts. We can also supply prototype moulded parts to thosecompanies who are specifically engaged in engineering and parts deve-lopment.

Our permanent aim is to meet delivery dates stipulated, with speed andefficiency.

TECHNICAL DEPARTAMENTOur Technical Office has a team of skilled designers with considerable experience in the mould makingindustry. They study, develop and design the tools with the most up-dated means, using the mostappropriated technology for each occasion. They have CAD/CAM/CAE specific programs for mouldsconstruction.
