Responsibilities Have To be in Operation of R.O.Plant:

Handling of Reverse Osmosis, Ultra Filtration, Cooling tower & Generator. Installation of Pumps R.O skids and All Mechanical Equipments Related to R.O.Plant Etc. Operational Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Reverse Osmosis Plant. Initiating R.O Membranes & UF membranes chemical cleaning (Whenever required). Manually Backwashing Softeners. Handling pre and post treatment chemicals. Operation of SCADA systems and PCL’s. Preventing Maintenance and Troubleshooting of Pumps. Air compressing, Air blower, Dosing Pumps and PVC and G.I.Lines. Preparation of Weekly, Monthly and Annually Maintenance Reports. Operation of SCADA systems and PCL’s. Knowledge about different types of filter and clarifier like cooling tower Ultra-filtration

multimedia filter (MMF),sand filter, cartridge filter, and activated carbon filter, knowledge about membrane and its cleaning.

Maintain different types of parameter like conductivity, turbidity, TDS, Ph, residual chlorine and TSS.

Professional Skills:

Operation and Troubleshooting of R.O Plant Pumps Etc. Effective Utilization of Analytical Instrument and Maintenance. Have Experience in Preparation and Maintaining of Various Documents Related to Project.
