ModSTACK™ ModSTACK™ HD The ModSTACK™ Family includes Infineon Technologies IGBT modules with IGBT driver to achieve current ratings from 100 A up to 1600 A at line supply 690 V AC. The appropriate inter- faces and thermal management are included. All inverter topologies (B6U+B6I; B6I+B6I etc.) and various converter topologies are available.
