AC Carrier or DC Strain Gage Conditioner Indicator
Model 7541
DESCRIPTIONThese advanced instruments provide engineering unit display
of a strain gage (mV/V) input and a frequency input. They also
compute power and perform 21 functions including limit checks,
tare, hold and max./min. capture. You needn’t write code or add
hardware to be up and running a productive test.
The alphanumeric readout can display measured and computed
data, units of measure, and test status. During setup, it guides
you with English language prompts. There are no manual adjust-
ments. To calibrate, enter the full scale value in engineering units
and auto-cal takes over. Provides 0.01 % (max.) resolution and
±5 V and/or ±10 V analog outputs at full scale. The keyboard ac-
cesses measured data, held data, max./min. data, data spread,
limit status, and/or I/O status without disruption. Password pro-
tection may be used, if needed.

Transducer Display and Signal Conditioning Unit
Model SC3004
DESCRIPTIONThe SC series models are self-calibrating microprocessor-based
transducer signal conditioners. Indicators are available with
several different types of input channels and output channels.
When used with unamplified strain gage transducers that have
the signature calibration module installed, these instruments will
completely self calibrate zero, span, decimal point, and engi-
neering units automatically.
Input channels are available for a variety of transducers. Each
input channel includes an excitation power supply and either an
isolated voltage or isolated current analog output.

Programmable Single-Channel Transducer Indicator/Conditioner
Model SC500
DESCRIPTIONThe SC series models are self-calibrating microprocessor-
based transducer signal conditioners when used with sig mod
equipped transducers. Indicators are available with several dif-
ferent types of input channels and output channels. When used
with unamplified strain gage transducers that have the signature
calibration module installed, these instruments will completely
self calibrate zero, span, decimal point, and engineering units
automatically.
Input channels are available for a variety of transducers. Each
input channel includes an excitation power supply and either
an isolated voltage (optional) or isolated current analog output
(optional).

• Isolateddigital-to-analogvoltage(±5Vdcor0Vdcto10Vdc)
In addition to the physical input and output channels, up to three
virtual channels can be configured to assist in many potential
applications.

Portable Strain Display Load Cell/Force Indicator
Model 7561-PSD
DESCRIPTIONThe 7561-PSD is a completely portable strain gage/bridge-based
battery-powered indicator, packaged in a small, robust IP65/
NEMA 4 enclosure. For simplified use, the operator only has ac-
cess to six keys.
Two separate ranges are available which enable the instrument
to read and display two units of measure.
The menu options offer the ability to tailor the instrument’s re-
sponse to the application. Gross, net, peak, and trough (valley)
measurements are easily selected. An annunciator indicates
which range has been selected. There is also a window, to insert
a legend, describing each range. Once these parameters are
set, it provides the user with the simplest of indicators.

Strain Gage Transducer SimulatorModel TS
DESCRIPTIONThe Model TS is a strain gage transducer simulator for use in
calibration or testing display/indicators and signal conditioning
amplifiers (pressure, force, torque or weigh systems). It greatly
assists in trouble shooting, and testing of systems that use strain
gage transducers. The Model TS simulates either a 350 ohm or
5000 ohm strain gage transducer bridge with precise adjust-
ments for transducer sensitivities in five ranges in 0.5 mV/V to
10 mV/V. The output adjustments are in 10 % increments from 0
to 100 % of each of the above ranges. No batteries to replace
as the excitation voltage is supplied by the instrument to be
calibrated.
