journey on 1st April, 2019 with 407 employees. Our top-notch repair service and extensive

coverage have been the key success factors in sustaining long and mutually rewarding

relationships with our customers. Customer satisfaction is the unique selling point for our

success and to accomplish our goal, we have a team of experts with most experienced in

the mobile phone service industry.

The aim is to be the service partner of choice through our ability to add exceptional value

to the brands and customers we support.

Every new journey starts with excitement, challenges and sometimes with fear to do new things. And every invention and success starts with a new journey. Sometimes we feel, is it okay? Can we do this?

The only answer that I believe is “YES”.I can recall that the journey seems new yet with the strong and long bondage with tremendous achievements. We proved our excellence times after times and delivered our strength of great team work, our

diversity, and our ability that made us the best in the country. And without second guessing, I firmly believe, we will prove our self once again with new

dimension.  MobiCare Technologies Limited, only a 6 months new born, is a house of potentiali-

ty and opportunities. Again the road to victory is not without challenges, new rules or uncertainty. We will be fearful, confused, frustrated, but will not stop advancing. We will be adaptable

and learn new ways of doing without hesitation.We are yet to formalize our mission statement but we all can feel the same alignment within our self.

We want to grow confidently and independently. MobiCare is the largest mobile service provider serving 1 million customers yearly. One of our goals for the coming year is to serving more custom-

ers by utilizing our maximum resource so that we can reach to the optimum level.We must continue our goal to provide quality customer service with proper customer satisfaction.

Customer satisfaction is one of the key point of our sustainability. So we will definitely ensure our best to our customer and will become more dependable as well.

And finally, trust. We need to trust on our capabilities, on our competence and our teamwork. Definitely we will work on our adaptability to face this VUCA world.

So, if anyone ask “can you do it?? The only answer “WE” believe “YES”.Cheers!

There is a saying that “The difference between success and failure is a great team.” This isn’t differ more how talented or passionate you are as an individual, surely if you want to achieve a big organizational success it will be depend on your ability to build and inspire a great team. And I believe Alhamdulillah we have that team.

I really like to Thank You to each of you for all of your hard work, passion and cooperation that you shows from the beginning to start MobiCare successfully and keep continuing customer satisfaction as always.

I am also happy to inform you that simultaneously we are also focusing on new business and opportunities in the market by using our biggest infrastructure, good knowledge and long experience. I will expect all of you will be align with our new activities because this would never be complete with a bunch of highly talented and inspiring team members like you.

Success is sweet. But it’s sweeter when it’s achieved thorough co-ordination, cooperation & collaboration.

• Make It a Priority to Be on Time- When you arrive late for work or meetings, it gives your boss and co-workers the impression you don't care about your job. Pay attention to the clock.

• Don't Be a Grump- Leave your bad mood at the door when you come to work. We all have days when we aren't feeling our best. Remember not to take it out on your boss, your co-workers, and especially your customers.

• Dress Appropriately- Whether you have to dress up for work or you can wear more casual clothes, your appearance should always be neat and clean.

• Watch Your Mouth- Swearing- cursing, or using vulgar words—whatever you call it—has no place in most workplaces. Unless you know it is okay in yours, control yourself from using foul language, particu-larly if those who you might offend are present.

• Offer Assistance to Your Colleagues- A true professional is willing to help his or her co-workers when they are overloaded or facing a challenge at work. He or she isn't afraid to share knowledge, opinions, or simply an extra pair of hands. One person's success reflects well on everyone in his or her workplace.

• Don't Gossip- While you may be interested to tell your cubicle colleague what you heard about other colleagues’ personal matters, but gossiping makes you look like a middle school student. If you know something you simply must share, tell someone who has nothing to do with your workplace, like your sister, mother, or best friend.

• Try to Stay Positive- Negativity is contagious. If you complain constantly about your workplace, it will bring others down. Your boss certainly will not appreciate your unconstructiveness among his or her employees. So try to stay positive

• Don't Hide From Your Mistakes- As hard as it may be to do, own your mistakes and then do your best to correct them. Make sure you don't make the same one twice. Never blame others for your errors, even if they deserve it. Instead, set an example so that those who share responsibility for the mistake can step forward and admit their part.

BOISHAKH HAS DEEP ROOTS…

Boishakh celebration is deep-rooted in the Bengali cultural identity. It is a common symbol against all odds and religious communalism. The new sunrise, early on Sunday morning, brought new hope of better days for all MobiCare employee. MobiCare celebrated Pohela Boishakh 1426, the first day of the Bangla New Year Calendar, with a number of programs. Everyone was lively for their colorful outfit. Traditional snacks item was the starter and the corporate team had lunch together. We enjoyed our day with folk music, drama, photogra-phy and more.

MobiCare Technologies ltd. believe positive workplace culture and employee engagement. On 1st July 2019, MobiCare celebrated the fruits festival at its corporate office which was mainly focused on local summer fruits. Many summer fruits were arranged at the festival like mango, litchi, guava, watermelon jackfruit, pineapple, blackberry and so on. Employees enjoyed the tasty summer fruits and they took lots of group selfies, groups photos and many more. This type of festival mounting the attachment among the employees.

The Team outing is not just an excuse for mandatory fun, it's serve a greater purpose to the team and company as a whole. Which expose hidden talent, providing mental health break as well as great team bonding. Our Chandpur Tour was like that.We named as “Visit to Ilisher Bari Chandpur”. Hilsha is the king of all fish. We packed in our stomach per inch to inch with hilsha fish along with lots of vorta & daal and the superb as well as historical “One Minute Rosogolla”.
