Transportable containers taking all raw materials of one formulation can be movedto the container mixer and to a downstreamprocess after completion of the mixing procedure.The product remains in the mixing and transporting container during all steps: freeof contamination, without separation duringtransport and with a precise batch trackingcontrol.

Patented mixing principle

Solely the patented mixing principle of theReimelt Henschel Container Mixer with a rotating container and counter-rotating mixingtool allow a mixing process with almost nomaterial sticking at mixing head or container.Hence, the formulation remains precisely unchanged and the cleaning expenditure incase of product alterations is minimised compared to conventional systems. Like this,even more critical colour changes from blackto white can be put into practise in a fewminutes.
