Serve as point leader for the following ministry areas:

(1) Leadership of Music and Worship Ministry:

• Deliver quality worship experiences into the life of the church - Team operating out of honest spiritual power - Pursuit of God every time – we worship first!

New Territory Goals (September 2010 – May 2011)

Responsibility Area Status

1.1. Weekly support of Justin Warner and the Saturday night campus to insure success.

1.2. Start Horizon 2 – the raising up of worship leaders and worship culture for 12Stone®. (twice a month)

1.3. Make the most of the 20hs a week Creative Performance positions with Sam, Dustin and Rudy as performing consultants. Pull them into our systems as creators instead of just executors. Goal: Create margin for Chris on the worship front, and great ideas / talent hit the stage each week.

1.4. Move 10-12 songs from concept to pre-produce through the studio in preparation for live project.

1.5. Be watchful over team health in very fragile season.

Personal Developmental Focus (September 2010 – May 2011)

1. Practice making decisions like I know what I’m doing even when I don’t.

2. I’m going to practice smiling and learn to utilize encouragement as a leadership tool.

3. I’m going to explore the power of honor in team systems.

4. Read like crazy: books on Marriage, Spiritual Life, and some fiction.

• Leadership in all areas of the Flowery Branch Campus: • Sunday Morning Platform Responsibilities • Ensure Spiritual Intensity to reach the lost • Ensure Compassion towards the least • Ensure Intentional development for the leaders • Raise up and develop leaders within the Flowery Branch Campus. • Embody and help Create the 12Stone® DNA at the FB Campus.

1.1. 23 small groups by Fall Launch

2. Engage the heart of “Give Life” with Serving

2.1. All volunteering positions filled with fired up FB people

2.2. Continue to open up spots for new people to “get on the team.

2.3. Continue to serve the least of FB through extension ministry events. (Salvation Army, Martin Elementary, Eagle Ranch, etc.)

3. Engage the heart of “Inspire Life” with Evangelism

3.1. 750 in weekly attendance during Spring/Easter

3.2. Praying for at least one week of 1000+ before May.

3.3. Dozens making first time commitments to Christ and being baptized

3.4. I pray that God sends us hundreds of people that are far from God. I pray that we don’t simply grow from transfer growth!

4. Develop the Vision of Leadership

4.1. Drive the FB Campus to sharing their faith with family and friends.

4.2. Drive the people at the FB Campus towards creating an environment where the spiritually unresolved can find Jesus.

5. Staff Development

5.2. Hire the right Administrative Assistant.

Personal Development Focus (September 2010- May 2011)

1. Cultivate my ability to hear and desire to respond to God’s voice. 2. Cultivate my ability and desire to recruit people to the right place in serving not just

the spot I need filled. 3. Figure out how my marriage and family can thrive while attending/working at a

church that is in a different area from which we live. 4. Cultivate the art of inspiring people to trust God in their giving.

communicate that passion regularly at the large High School environment currently called the Point

(1) Lead comprehensive Next Gen. Ministries

• Leadership development and coaching of staff and volunteers for vibrant health and growth of Next Generation Ministries.

• Day to day management and coordination for the smooth operation of Next Generation Ministries.
