Since 2006 Mindsetter has been further developed and today it encompasses:  •    A theoretical complex, embracing 10  grand change theories •    Physical and interactive models and  materials. •    An on-line case-simulation •    Training role-plays •    A change-coaching technology The work with Mindsetter has first and foremost proved that there is a need for  strong models to visualize the comple- Mindsetter LIVE xity of changes and to create a common  foundation for talking about changes and the interventions they demand. Mindset- ter has had big success in many different  branches, with varying sizes of compa- nies and in many different working  cultures in many different countries.  The work with Mindsetter has however also proven, that there is a need to  make further use of the technologies of Mindsetter – beyond the learning and  consulting focus, which are the strengths  of the concept today. These needs include: 1)   To be able to access Mindsetter’s 

knowledge and models flexibly and independently of training programs and of support from consultants

2)   To be able to use Mindsetter’s models to enhance the manager’s individual analysis and mapping of stakeholders in changes and their ‘positions’ in the change process.

3)   To be able to link different stake-holder-analysis tools to the change perspective of Mindsetter. 

4)   To be able to use Mindsetter’s models as documentation-tool and follow-up platform to track development in concrete change processes

5)   To use Mindsetter’s models to create concrete data around change projects – data which can again be used to evaluate risks and costs of large change or implementation projects. 

Target groups:The target groups for Mindsetter LIVE are:•   Managers at all hierarchical levels who 

have been introduced to and worked with the Mindsetter concept

•   Project managers who have been introduced to and worked with the Mindsetter concept

•   Internal consultants and trainers who have been introduced to or certified in using the Mindsetter concept

•   External consultants and trainers who have been introduced to or certified in using the Mindsetter concept

•   Academy staff responsible for content on training programs within the field of change management

User-scenarios:•   Mindsetter LIVE is a software applica-tion which can be used on the spot in training sessions or in consultancy situations

•   Mindsetter LIVE will be a strong stakeholder management tool across projects or as a stand-alone on one project stakeholder analysis  

•   Mindsetter LIVE is used by a single per-son or group who uses the application to register and process data about a change project

•   Mindsetter LIVE will help the users to qualify their data through making them reflect about the relevance, realism and labeling of the data they enter into the system

•   Mindsetter LIVE will potentially be able to:

    - Advice and guide the users    - Coach the users to new reflections    - Support the users in planning    -  Provide data-collection platform from 

stakeholders in the change
