Mindfulness is a basic human quality, a way of awakening our inner wisdom in managing daily distress by purposefully paying aenon to the present moment and allowing us space to connect our mind and body. Through experiencing different mindfulness pracces, we embody it in our everyday lives and nurture self-acceptance, kindness and self-compassion for beer care of ourselves. The program is based on the courses developed by Dr Jon Kabat-Zinn and Dr Saki F. Santorelli who have pioneered the integraon of mindfulness meditaon in mainstream medicine and healthcare in the Stress Reducon Clinic at the University of Massachuses Medical School found in 1979.
