The "Got Milk?" Ad Campaign Around the Worldby Amy Gifford
We have all seen the Got Milk? campaign print ads. In fact, this has to be one of the most successful
campaigns of all time.
This campaign has been around for twelve years, when they began placing the now infamous milk
mustache on Billy Ray Cyrus, Christie Brinkley, Michael Jordan and Larry King.
And with a 90% consumerrecall rate, why not keep going with it?

How about this bus shelter advertising? When you walk in to select bus stops in California, it smells
ofchocolate chip cookies. Who wouldn't say Got Milk?

Then there is the outdoor advertising campaign seen by the Swiss This one by Milk Gives Strong
Bones...again no milk mustache included.

Here's an ad that will scare you into drinking milk. This ad for a South African brand of milk. Let's
see, a guy gets stuck in bear trap; guy tries to free himself by sawing off foot; guy fails to saw off foot
due to incredibly strong, milk-fortified bones; guy dies and rots. That is really what the ad was about.

JCDecaux, street furniture company, has recently executed aninnovative campaign on Delhis bus shelters for Mother Diarys newlylaunched Probiotic milk Nutrifit. The campaign will last for four weeks.
Pramod Bhandula, MD, JC Decaux India, said, Mother Dairy wantedto do something out of the box to engage with consumers for theirnewly launched Probiotic milk Nutrifit. They wanted to target youth-centric locations such as schools, key business districts, etc.
JCDecaux proposed to MOMS (agency of record for Mother Dairy) tocreate a live showcase in the MUPI (free standing panel) of busshelters where we showcased Nutrifit probiotic milk stacked up bottleon bottle. The entire MUPI was recreated to look like a dispensing unitfull of Nurtifit bottles. The entire execution was done in-house.
The innovation was executed at strategic locations such as outside St.Columbas School, INA Market, and Scindia House on KG Marg.These locations have extremely high OTS and have delivered therequired WOW factor to the client. The idea behind such an exercise isto influence the buying pattern near points of purchase.
