Working for over 20 years across the UK and MENA regions for small start up agencies to the largest, global creative and production houses, engaging experiences across multi channels, integrating TVC’s, press, outdoor, sales promotion, activation, brand engagement and digital platforms.

Conceptually strategic led, with a very strong copywriting, visualising and photoshop back-up.

Responsibilities:

• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion. • Generate ideas for pitching and proposals. • Lead creative brainstorming sessions for project kick-offs. • Motivate and inspire the creative team. • Help the account team and strategy team determine project estimates and production limitations. • Provide quality control over concepts and projects. • Provide insight to the creative process during pitch meetings. • Continuously evolve the creative process. Key accomplishments:

• Being part of a global network that won ‘Agency of the Year’ on numerous occasions, picking up prestigious local and international creative and marketing awards during my stay.

• Lead the creative in the largest agency within the MENA region and retained clients including Sony, HP and Nescafe.

• Worked within the global network to deliver key pitches including the Nescafe Gold campaign for Russian, Ukraine and Polish markets

• Taking FP7 from the No 47 Nestle creative agency in the world to No 5. • Achieving the highest rating appraisal amongst all other Nestle chosen agencies with 86% effectivity.
