1. Use the Microwave Grill in a microwave with a turntable of Ø 28cm (11 in). 2. Wash the Microwave Grill before using for the first time. 3. When washing the Microwave Grill, do not use scourers, abrasive products or sharp utensils. 4. Make sure that the Microwave Grill is clean and dry before using it. 5. To avoid damaging the Microwave Grill, before preheating make sure that the inside of the silicone handles are clean, dry and free from food. 6. Make sure that the metal plates are securely connected to the silicone handles. 7. Stop using the Microwave Grill immediately if there are sparks, electrical arc or other faults during use. 8. Do not put flammable liquids inside the Microwave Grill. 9. Do not use the Microwave Grill in ovens or in any appliance that exposes the product to direct fire. 10. Always preheat the Microwave Grill 3 minutes at a maximum power of 900W. 11. Never preheat the Microwave Grill for more than 3 minutes. 12. Do not use the Microwave Grill in a microwave oven with a power higher than 900W. 13. Do not use the grill or convection function on the microwave oven when using the Microwave Grill. 14. Only use the Microwave Grill with microwave ovens with a functioning turntable. Make sure that the dish turns when using the Microwave Grill. 15. It is important do not overheat or overuse the product and let it cool down before each use. 16. Never use the Microwave Grill for more than 20 minutes at a time. 17. Do not overfill or place liquids that may overflow in the Microwave Grill during use. Distribute food evenly. 18. Always keep an eye on the product while in use. 19. The Microwave Grill will be HOT after use; it may contain very hot liquid. Use protective oven gloves to take out the Microwave Grill while keeping it horizontal. 20. Let the Microwave Grill cool completely before washing and storing. 21. Before washing the Microwave Grill, either in a dishwasher or by hand, remove the handles.When washing the Microwave Grill in the dishwasher, always place it carefully in the upper rack of the dishwasher. 22. The easiest way to prepare grilled food at home. Easy, quick and clean with a delicious result from the grill!
The Microwave Grill’s susceptor material absorbs the microwave’s electromagnetic energy to transmit it to the metal plates. You can cook different food with the grill effect quickly, cleanly and deliciously and achieve a crispy result and prepare meat, vegetables, sandwiches, pizzas, etc. at microwave speed, in just a few minutes, while keeping all their flavour and quality.
1. Preheat the Microwave Grill in the microwave for 3 minutes (900W) before placing the food on it. Be careful when removing the product from the microwave, the plates will be hot.
2. Brush food with a little oil for a better result, if preferred.
3. Place the food on the lower plate.
4. Place the upper plate on top and join the two plates with the silicone bands at the sides. The food will be pressed by the two grills.
5. Place the Microwave Grill in the microwave. The Microwave Grill must be placed on flat surface.
6. Some food and recipes need turning over during cooking. In these cases, remove the excess liquid before putting the Microwave Grill back in the microwave.
7. Remove the Microwave Grill from the microwave with care - it will be hot. To remove it, keep it in a horizontal position to stop the juice from the food spilling.
8. Carefully separate the upper plate of the Microwave Grill and serve without using metal items which may damage the plate. Enjoy!

Preheat the Microwave Grill for 3 minutes.
Cut the bagel in half, place the lettuce, tomato, cheese, and cooked bacon on the bottom half. Cover with the top half of the bagel and secure the top of the Microwave Grill using the silicone side bands. Place back in the microwave for 3 minutes.

Large Tortilla Wrap
30g natural yoghurt
Small handful of coriander
1 salmon fillet (160g)
Griddled courgette slices ½ cm thick (1/2 a courgette per serving)
Small handful of lettuce
Balsamic vinegar and olive oil to serve
Preheat the Microwave Grill for 3 minutes.
Chop half the coriander and mix with the yoghurt and lime juice to make a dressing. Spread the dressing over the wrap and top with the cooked chicken pieces, sliced avocado and the remaining coriander.
Fold the wrap into a parcel and place seam side down on the Microwave Grill. Add the top of the Microwave Grill and secure the silicone side bands. Place back in the microwave for 3 minutes.
Preheat the grill for 3 minutes.
Place the Salmon fillet on the base of the Microwave Grill. Add the top of the Microwave Grill and secure the silicone side bands. Place back in the microwave for 2 minutes (based on a 160g fillet).
Remove and ensure the salmon is cooked before serving. If the salmon isn’t cooked through, pop it back in the microwave for another 30 seconds or until cooked to your liking.
Serve with a salad of rocket, courgette, tomatoes and peppers, dressed with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Sprinkle your choice of herbs over the salmon and salad, season to taste.

Spiced cous cous serving for one
Large handful of salad leaves
Seasoning to taste
2 slices of bread
2 slices of ham
Preheat the Microwave Grill for 3 minutes.
Place the chicken breast on the base of the Microwaave Grill. Add the top of the Microwave Grill and secure the silicone side bands. Place back in the microwave for 8 minutes (based on a 160g chicken breast).
Remove and ensure the chicken is cooked all the way through before serving. If the chicken isn’t cooked through, pop it back in the microwave for another 30 seconds or until cooked to your liking.
Serve on a bed of spiced cous cous tossed with almonds and salad leaves. Top the chicken with a sprinkle of sesame seeds, a drizzle of olive oil and a squeeze of lemon juice. Season to your liking.
Preheat the Microwave Grill for 3 minutes.
Place a slice of bread on the base of the grill and top with a slice of the ham, cover with the cheese, the other slice of ham and then the other slice of bread. Add the top of the Microwave Grill and secure the silicone side bands. Place back in the microwave for 3 minutes.
