SummaryMichael Vey is a 14 year old boy just like you and I, there's just one thing different, he’s electric. Ever since Michael was little he could shock people just by touching them. Though when Michael gets in a fight and shocks 3 bullies with Taylor as a witness he learns that he isn't alone. Taylor can look into peoples mind and can change things and cause confusion, but when they go looking for their birth records, Hatch finds them. Hatch is the bad guy of the story. He is super rich and plans to take over the world with the help of the remaining 13 electric children whom 11 of them he controls, and whether they want to or not Michael and Taylor are forced into his “school after Hatch kidnaps Taylor and Michaels mom. Michael gets the help of 2 of the bullies he shocked and Ostin in a valiant rescue attempt to save Taylor, his mom, and possibly the world.

I liked this book because there is almost always some kind of action and because you can see points of view from more than one of the characters. This would be a good book for people who don’t like reading because there is almost always something interesting going on and its easy to understand.
