Dalton Lawrence

My name is Dalton Lawrence. I live in st.Joseph Missouri. I’ve lived here my whole life. I’ve play travling baseball for 7 years. With the Missouri Mudcats we took 8th in state out of 140 teams. Then two years after that I played on a team called the St.Joseph Cardinals. We took 9th in state out of 150 teams. Then I played on the St.joe Gunners. I had my first No-Hitter for 6 innings. My nickname was Randy Johnson. Now I play for the Missouri Dirt Devils. My whole life is about sports mainly baseball. Even though my family thinks I would be really good at basketball, but I just don’t like it. My dad wants me to play football but I don’t really like football. When I was 8 my twin brother passed away. That was hard to bounce back from. But with good friends and a great family I was able to come back from the blow.

Everything in this magazine is all about someone risking there life to do amazing things and making the record books. People told me the writers that this magazine is better the ESPN and SPORTS ILLISTRATED. We think it is because all of the hard core writing and the graphic pictures. Time line of my life tell now.

Me and my brother first come too see our family for the first time. My brother was perfect but I had to stay a extra week in the hospital because a lost over 2 pints of my blood.february, 13 1997.

Me and my brother first day of kindergarden i was so scared i didn’t want my teacher to leave the room during class. My brother laughed at me.september 2002

In 3rd grade i had my first girl friend her name was miranda.then 3 months after my brother was in the hospital for 5 days. after the 5th day they pronounced he has died.

Me and my brothers first baseball game at deer park. I played first he play everywhere. We were great as a team.April 2003

starting middle school with out my brother was hard and scary but I did ok.

2 weeks before school started one of my friend asked me “if I can throw a rock of a road that no cars drive on. well as soon as I throw it a big rig drove by and I hit it. I got Into huge trouble.

ST.Joseph Dirt devils go to State

Thanks to their left handed pitcher, DALTon Lawrence. the Dirt devils defeat the kanas city hawks. 8-11 the

Lefty had 11 strike outs and just 2 base hits off of him from the start to the fifth inning. then his follow up

jacob clayton came in and shut them down until the top of the 6th. they scored 6 runs but the dirt devils had

enough in the end to pull it off. way to go dirt devils.
