Your company name and logo will appear in the Official Show Guide as well as on the conference schedule page. The conference roll-ups located throughout the expo will have your logo. Your booth number will be included in a ½ page advertisement in the expo showguide distributed to all visitors. Signage inside of the conference room will include your company name and logo, as well as a back wall poster. The announcer will introduce you as the sponsor and you will be allowed to give a brief presentation.Expo models will be present at entrance of the conference room handing out your company’s promotional materials and brochures (the promotional material and printed items must be provided by the exhibitor).

Your company logo and booth number will be present on all of the room keys provided to guests staying at the Sheraton Grand Panama (partner hotel of the Expo). Approximately 215 rooms are occupied by the Expo exhibitors and visitors.
