Mental Disorders:• An illness of the mind that can affect the thoughts,
feelings and behaviors of a person, preventing him or her from leading a happy, healthful, and productive life.
(difficulty – changes, demands, problems, traumas)
• Organic – caused by a physical illness or injury to the brain. (tumors, infections, drugs, etc)
• Functional – psychological cause and does not involve the brain. (heredity, stress fear, emotional conflict)
