�MEMPHIS CARIBBEAN JERK FESTIVAL VENDOR AGREEMENT

Home Run Entertainment, LLC presents the 3rd Annual Memphis Caribbean Jerk Festival and Family Fun Day on Saturday, July 14th, 2018 from 12p-7p located at Tiger Lane, 450 Early Maxwell Blvd, Memphis, TN. There will be a variety of Jerk and Caribbean food, live entertainment featuring the top Caribbean and international musicians, domino tournament, and several other activities for the whole family.

Vendor spaces are available but are limited. It is important to pay early due to the booth payment deadlines. Vendors who do not pay on time will have their vending slot assigned to someone else. Vendor fees are as follows:

Food Vendor booth $400.00

Arts & Crafts booth $250.00

Information only/Non Sales Booths $150.00

Payments should be made via cash, certified check, and or money order paid to the order of “Home Run Entertainment.” Please mail payments to P.O. Box 342982, Bartlett, TN 38184. Full payment must be received no later than May 31st, 2018.

Booth space is sized for a 10 x 10 and is strictly enforced. Please note that tents, tables, chairs, extension cords or generators will NOT be provided by organizers of festival. PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS IS A JERK FESTIVAL, SO FOOD VENDORS SHOULD ENDEAVOR TO STICK TO THAT THEME AS MUCH AS POSSIBLE.

BASIC RULES AND REGULATIONS


The following rules must be adhered to. Breach of these rules will result in immediate ejection from the venue.

1. Vendors ARE NOT allowed to sell WATER, ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES, SODA, BEVERAGE OF ANY KIND INCLUDING HOME-MADE FRUIT JUICES OR DRINKS.

2. NO WEAPONS or FIREARMS are allowed. NO GLASS BOTTLES or GLASS CONTAINERS should be dispensed to the public.

3. EACH VENDOR IS REQUIRED TO BRING THEIR OWN FIRE EXTINGUISHER.

4. ALL VENDORS AND STAFF ARE REQUIRED TO BE AT TIGER LANE BETWEEN 6A-10A. ABSOLUTELY NO ENTRY AFTER 10A.

5. ALL ITEMS TO BE SOLD MUST BE LISTED ON THIS VENDOR AGREEMENT.

6. EACH FOOD VENDOR IS ALLOWED FOUR (4) ASSISTANTS FREE ADMISSION. CRAFT VENDORS ARE ALLOWED TWO (2) ASSISTANTS FREE ADMISSION. EACH ADDITIONAL PERSON WILL PAY FULL TICKET PRICE.

7. EACH VENDOR IS RESPONSIBLE FOR CLEANING THEIR AREA OF ALL GARBAGE DURING AND AFTER THE EVENT.

8. NO POWER WILL BE PROVIDED. VENDORS SHOULD PROVIDE THEIR OWN GENERATOR.

9. Home Run Entertainment, LLC and or their associates are in no way responsible or will be held liable for personal injury, loss or adversity as a result of any incident or Act of God on the day of the festival.

10. Vendors will be inspected between 9a-11a by the Memphis Caribbean Jerk Festival personnel. Vendors are responsible to pay the required taxes to the Department of Revenue. Unauthorized goods will be confiscated. Vendor Fee is non-refundable. 11.Memphis Jerk Festival personnel will do random checks to ensure that rules are being adhered to and that the highest level of customer service is being provided.
