Overview

Melton a Learning City: Community Learning Plan 2015-2018 is implemented by identifying the tasks and actions to be achieved each year in an

annual action plan. This Action Framework for 2015 to 2018 provides a guide for each year’s actions formulated to achieve the Community Learning

Plan key outcomes and impact measures. The Annual Action Plan identifies:

What is to be achieved?

How success will be measured

Who will be involved?

Who holds responsibility?

What resources will be required, and how they will be sourced?

Evaluation A mixed method approach to evaluation is taken including the delivery of the Community Learning Plan as a participative action research. Progress will

be chronicled, impact measured and data collated and evaluated to inform priorities for the development of the next Community Learning Plan 2019-2022. NB. Based on continuous evaluation some actions identified in the Action Framework 2015-2018 may change or be modified.

Reporting Progress reports are prepared and presented bi-monthly to the Community Learning Board. Minutes and reports from the Community Learning Board

are presented bi-monthly to Council. The Community Learning Board will present an Annual Report to Council at its February Meeting each year.
