    I" meditation is p!acticed at !ight and p!ope! timings !egula!ly(we can achieve good !esults and g!eat e/pe!iences.

    Ea!ly mo!ning ;4awn< B.B8 a.m. to :.B8 a.m. is the best suitabletime. he othe! timings a!e #oon .88 a.m. to 9.B8 p.m. Evening6.B8 p.m. to :.B8 p.m. and #ight .88 p.m. to 9.B8 p.m. @eoplee/pecting e""ective !esults must meditate at least once "o! a minimumo" thi!ty minutes. o! people those who a!e busy and need peace o"mind can meditate be"o!e eating. At any cause no one should meditatea"te! eating "ood "o! about a minimum o" 9 hou!s "!om the time o"eating.

    Ea!ly mo!ning timings will have a clean and uiet su!!oundingenvi!onment and ou! minds will also be plain and ene!getic.

    Yes obviously. When we do meditation at the sametime daily ou! body and mind will be unde! ou!

    6. Why shouldn-t we meditate a"te! "ood?

    Fnce "ood is ta)en( the intestinal muscles beginmi/ing the "ood ve!y "ast. o! this it !eui!es a lot o"ene!gy and blood supply. So the othe! o!gans and

    ne!ves get ti!ed. As a !esult the b!ain also gets"atigue. I" at this time we give wo!) to othe! o!gans(the blood supply to the stomach is lessened and soultimately the ene!gy supply to stomach is alsolessened. his !aises indigestion p!oblems whichleads way to othe! diseases.     :. Can e/e!cise and meditation be done simultaneously? I"not why?

    us( in between the eyeb!ows as Mani)andan. he steps a!e split as steps "o! Sa!iyai( steps "o! Ji!iyai in Sa!iyai( steps "o! yogam inSa!iyai and steps "o! 3nanam in Sa!iyai. All togethe! it comes to :steps. he :th step is what 3nanam that is nothing but the sel"1!eali2ation is. !om this you can !each the H thstep( which is 3!ace.     . #ow the !ight nost!il is closed and then !emoves you! !ight!ing "inge! "!om the le"t nost!il( sta!t !eleasing you! b!eathslowly th!ough the le"t nost!il "o! eight seconds. When youe/hale the b!eath( the ai! in the lungs is to be completely letout. So !ise you! abdomen well inside.

"ou! seconds inhaleslowly( at once close you! le"t nost!il by you! !ight !ing "inge!.his is a state in which both the nost!ils a!e closed and iscalled by the name Jumbagam.
