(I) TORNITURA/RETTIFICA Le lavorazioni di tornitura sono eseguite con moderne mac-chine CNC di diversa tipologia, da 3 a 5 assi motorizzati, le quali permettono di lavorare pezzi da diam. 15 fino a diam. 850. M.V.O. Meccanica è in grado di eseguire operazioni di finitura con rettifiche da interni da diam. 6 a 250 mm, da esterni con diam. da 6 a 420 mm per una lunghezza max tra le contropunte di 2000 mm e rettifiche piani con dimensioni fino a 1200 x 600 x 600 mm. Macchinari tecnologicamente avanzati, uniti alla professio-nalità degli operatori, consentono di lavorare particolari complessi in piccole e medie quantità, garantendo precisione, qualità, costi competitivi e rispetto dei tempi.

(UK) DRESSING/GRINDING Turning is done with a range of up-to-date CNC machines, with from 3 to 5 motorised axes, making it possible to machine pieces of from 15 to 850 mm in diameter. M.V.O. Meccanica is able to carry out finishing work in internal grind-ing from 6 to 250 mm in diameter, to external grinding in from 6 to 420 mm in diameter, for a maximum length between the fixed centres of 2000 mm and plane grinding of up to 1200 x 600 x 600 mm. Technologically advanced equipment coupled with proficient oper-ators make it possible to machine complex details in small and medium-sized quantities, ensuring precision, quality, competitive costs while sticking to deadlines.

(F) TOURNAGE/RECTIFICATION Les usinages de tournage sont effectués avec des machines modernes CNC de différente typologie, de 3 à 5 axes motorisés, permettant de travailler les pièces allant du diam. 15 au diam. 850. M.V.O. Mecanica est en mesure d’effectuer des opérations de finition avec des rectifications d’intérieurs d’un diam al-lant de 6 à 250 mm, d’extérieurs d’un diam allant de 6 à 420 mm pour une longueur max entre les contre-pointes de 2000 mm et des rectifications des plans avec des dimen-sions allant jusqu’à 1200 x 600 x 600 mm. Des machines technologiquement avancées, unies à la professionnalité des opérateurs permettent de travailler des détails comple-xes en petites et moyennes quantités, garantissant précision, qualité, coûts compétitifs et respect des temps.

(D) DREHEN/SCHLEIFEN Die Drehbearbeitungen werden mit modernen CNC-Maschinen verschiedener Typen mit 3 bis 5 motorbetriebenen Achsen ausgeführt. Mit diesen Ma-schinen können Werkstücke mit einem Durchm. von 15 bis 850 bearbeitet werden. M.V.O. Meccanica kann Dreharbeiten mit Innenschleifen von Durchm. 6 bis 250 mm und Außen-schleifen mit Durchm. von 6 bis 420 mm für eine max. Länge von 2000 mm zwischen den Reitstockspitzen und Flachschleifen mit Abmessungen bis 1200 x 600 x 600 mm aus-führen. Technisch fortschrittliche Maschinen und professionelle Bediener gestatten die Bearbeitung von komplexen Einzelteilen in kleinen und mittelgroßen Mengen und garan-tieren Präzision, Qualität, konkurrenzfähige Kosten und Pünktlichkeit.

(I) CONTROLLO Una moderna sala metrologica a temperatura controllata permette di effettuare tutti i controlli necessari a garantire un’assoluta precisione dei pezzi prodotti. Il parco strumenti è composto da una macchina di misura tridimensionale, profilometro, durometro, rugosimetro e tutta una serie di altri strumenti che vengono periodicamen-te controllati e tarati per assicurare una grande affidabilità.

(UK) MONITORING A state-of-the-art temperature-controlled metrology lab makes it possible to make all the necessary checks to guarantee absolute precision in the pieces produced. Our range of instruments is made up of a 3d measuring machine, a profilom-eter, a durometer, a roughness meter and a full series of other instruments which are regularly checked and calibrated to ensure great reliability.

(F) CONTRÔLE Une salle métrologique moderne à une température contrôlée permet d’effectuer tous les contrôles nécessaires afin de garantir une précision absolue des pièces produites. L’ensemble des instruments est composé d’une machine de mesure tridimensionnelle, profilomètre, duromètre, rugosimètre et toute une série d’autres ins-truments périodiquement contrôlés et calibrés pour assurer une grande fiabilité.

(D) PRÜFUNG Ein moderner Messraum mit kontrollierter Temperatur gestattet die Durch-führung aller Kontrollen, die notwendig sind, um die absolute Präzision aller hergestellten Werkstücke zu garantieren. Der Instrumentenpark besteht aus einer dreidimensiona-len Messmaschine, einem Profilmesser, einem Härteprüfer, einem Rauheitsprüfer und einer Reihe anderer Instrumente, die regelmäßig kontrolliert und geeicht werden, um große Zuverlässigkeit zu garantieren.

(F) FRAISAGE L’atelier de fraisage est équipé de machines à 3 et 5 axes, avec capacité de travailler des pièces avec des dimensions allant jusqu’à 2000 x 1400 x 800 mm. L’inno-vation continue des machines, unie à la constante préparation des ressources humaines impliquées dans le processus de production permettent de réaliser des pièces de préci-sion élevée, même en petites séries, en renforçant l’absolue satisfaction du client final.

(D) FRÄSEN Die Fräsabteilung verfügt über Maschinen mit 3 und 5 Achsen, die Werkstü-cke bis zu Abmessungen von 2000 x 1400 x 800 mm bearbeiten können. Die kontinuierliche Erneuerung der Maschinen und die konstante Fortbildung des im Produktionsprozess be-schäftigten Personals gestatten die Herstellung von hochpräzisen Werkstücken auch in kleinen Produktionsmengen, die die Endkunden vollstens zufrieden stellen.

Meccanica si occupa dello studio, progettazione 3D e realizzazione di attrezzature di controllo nel settore Automotive ed altro, ove grazie alla provata esperienza, si sviluppa l’idea/dato iniziale fino al pro-dotto finito, garantendone funzionalità e qualità. Gestione dei file cliente, siano 3D o 2D, per realizzazione particolari meccanici o prototipi di ogni tipo. I software 3D sono PTC (ProE Wildfire) e Visi Cad. L’azienda è dotata inoltre di avanzati sistemi CAD/CAM quali Open Mind e Visi.
