EMPEROR PRIVATE DINING ROOMThe Emperor Private Dining Room can accommodate 50 for a standing reception 40 people for a seateddinner. The décor is luxurious and laden with glamorous fixtures like the crocodile embossedbanquets and gilded chandeliers. Along with the refined cuisine, we can incorporate noodle pulling by Philippe himself as well as dumpling carts and a few other things to keep your guests entertained. The room also includes technical capabilities such as Apple TV and full control over sound and lighting.

WHOLE RESTAURANTPhilippe Downtown stays true to both the brand’s signature modern aesthetic and Chef Chow’s moderntake on traditional Chinese cuisine. Accents of bold red, symbolizing good fortune and joy in Chineseculture, carry throughout the space. Open and flexible, the restaurant features adjustable spaces idealfor private dining options for larger gatherings of up to 225 people. Upon arrival, guests are lured downa mirrored staircase lit by delicate gold fixtures into the main dining room. Seating options vary fromluxuriously upholstered banquettes to free standing tables situated under a gold leafed ceiling. Elegantart created by a mix of textured elements and light adorns the walls. The main bar, located in the backof the dining area, includes a DJ booth encompassed by a golden bamboo display case.

Steaming Small Plates. A fantastic way to add entertainment and culinary excitement to any event. Each of your guests will be full of anticipation as the dim sum cart approaches with steaming small bites piled high. Knowledgeable of the ingredients in each dish, Philippe staff will describe the dim sum flavor profiles with excitement and then navigate the dim sum cart onward making sure to service each guest.

Enjoy the luxurious experience of having Chef Chow personally carve and serve his signature Peking Duck for your guests. Known for its crisp skin and tender meat, Peking Duck is a classic dish from Beijing that has been prepared since the imperial era. Your guests enjoy watching it be carved into golden slices and then instructed on how to roll the duck into house made pancakes with scallion, cucumber and plum sauce or served by itself.

Mesmerize your guests as they watch a live hand-pulled noodle show followed by the opening of the noodle station. All noodles are served to your guests in mini jewel-like Chinese takeout boxes with choice of silver fork or chopstick and accompanied by crushed peanuts and fresh lime wedges.
