Integrated new training and administrative standard operating procedures to increase the overall proficiency of four partnered organizations within a fiscal year.

Oct 13 - Nov 14: Company Commander, United States Army, Fort Irwin, CA

Led an organization of 155 personnel in 27 different operations that directly contributed to the training and certification of 10 upper level Army organizations at the National Training Center.

Designed and implemented over 20 tactical, technical, and administrative standard operating procedures and policies that streamlined the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization.

Accountable for over $63 million of organizational and installation equipment with no loss of property while in charge.

Oct 12 - Oct 13: Assistant Operations Officer, United States Army, Fort Irwin, CA

Synchronized, through deliberate planning, multiple organizations and staffs consisting of over 1600 personnel and $2 billion worth of assets and equipment to directly assist in the training and certification of four upper level Army organizations at the National Training Center.

Supervised training, communications, and logistical staffs of an 800-person organization with over $1 billion of government assets.

Aug 11 - Oct 12: Company Commander, United States Army, Fort Benning, GA

Developed an advanced surveillance and analysis training standard codified by the Army’s Training and Doctrine Command that expanded instructional abilities of surveillance and analysis training units by 20%.

Eliminated over 50 unqualified personnel within one year saving the Army over $30 million through implementation of strict testing requirements for personnel going through initial training.

Directed the relocation of a 20-person organization with over $2 million of government equipment from Fort Knox, KY to Fort Benning, GA, as a part of the Army’s Base Realignment and Closure initiative; resulted in zero loss of equipment and ability to resume training operations in less than 30 days.

Jan 10 - Dec 10: Chief of Operations and Plans, United States Army, Fort Riley, KS

Chaired a task force of staffs from the U.S. Department of State, United Nations, and Iraqi government to effectively allow 20,000 Iraqi citizens to safely participate in the 2010 Iraq National Election.

Leveled operational assets with the cooperation of Iraqi and Kurdish military liaisons to execute multiple operations that led to the apprehension of over 50 foreign terrorists and smugglers and the confiscation of over $50,000 worth of smuggled materials coming into Iraq from Syria.

Administered plan that redeployed a 478-person organization from Northern Iraq back to Kansas in a span of two weeks.

Oversaw and facilitated the execution of operations conducted by over 10 different units partnered with Iraqi military and police on a daily basis in a province of Iraq equal to the size of the state of Rhode Island with zero personnel or equipment losses.

Jan 09 - Jan 10: Platoon Leader, United States Army, Fort Riley, KS

Increased human intelligence intake by 50% through reestablishing a face to face relationship with five spiritual and public leaders around northern Iraq that held an Anti-American stance for six years.

Completed 75% of the higher headquarter’s geographic and population census of an area the size of Rhode Island by leading a group of 14 Soldiers to conduct over 12 major operations while attached to three different organizations and covering over 75 miles of land space.

Supported over 10 Special Forces raids that resulted in apprehension of over 12 high value personnel that increased productivity in the area of operations by 35%.

Assessed and established security of construction sites for 2 of 16 major checkpoints stretching across Northern Iraq allowing construction of the sites to be completed ahead of schedule and being the first two sites completed.

May 08 - Jan 09: Company Commander, United States Army, Fort Jackson, SC

Spearheaded the pilot program for developing and hand selecting initial entry logistical support personnel for assessment and selection into Ranger School and the elite 75th Ranger Regiment with 10 personnel selected.

Initiated several training projects to upgrade and modernize marksmanship training for initial entry training. These projects improved the quality of training by 50% and became the training standard across the Army for all personnel during initial entry training.

Responded directly to three different Congressional inquiries in regards to personnel training and administration. All three responses satisfied the inquiries and resulted in full support from three different State Congressmen.

Rated top 10 out of 28 mid-level supervisors by senior leadership while serving in a supervisory position two levels above my rank and pay grade.

Jun 07 - May 08: Executive Officer, United States Army, Fort Jackson, SC

Conducted needs analysis to update force protection standards for 10 structures in a three mile radius resulting in a $4 million upgrade to the organizations infrastructure and being the only organization on the installation within standard.

Revamped a physical security program, that had been deficient for more than four years, in 30 days receiving no deficiencies during inspection and maintained no deficiencies for two years.

Directed and conducted organizational inspection programs to regulate quality assurance and quality control measures of unit level programs to ensure efficiency, effectiveness, and compliance.

Conducted four different financial liability investigations and saved the Army over $500,000 by identifying gross negligence within two different organizations.
