fun and work, Dept meet : work ratio)• Recognition of success, rewarding, praising( Write appreciation

mails)• Ability to give team members freedom to accomplish the work

their way, but to have a good control system at the same time.( Give them liberty but give them work – assignments weekly (college schedule ), internal review sheets, membership tracker)

• Delegating the entire responsibility.• To know the potential of team members (abilities, experience,

education, knowledge, attitude, niveau, creativity).( Have a potential / performance test)
