Einbauen Einbau in senkrechte oder waa-

gerechte Rohrleitung, schwarzer Magnetantrieb senkrecht stehend bis waagerecht liegend, nicht über Kopf. Bei senkrechter Rohrleitung empfehlen wir die Durchflussrich-tung von unten nach oben.

Klappengehäuse BVHM und Mag-netantrieb MB 7 dürfen kein Mauer-werk berühren – Mindestabstand 20 mm (0,79 inch).

Die Drosselklappe in eine gerade Rohrleitung einbauen. Die Länge einer Ein- und Auslaufstrecke sollte jeweils 2 x DN betragen.

Rohrleitung mit gleicher Nennweite verwenden.

Das Klappengehäuse BVHM wird zwischen zwei DIN-Flansche (ANSI-Flansche) in die Rohrleitung eingebaut. Vorschweiß-, Gewinde-flansche oder Reduzierstücke sind lieferbar.

Anlage spannungsfrei schalten. Luftzufuhr absperren.

Installation Installation in vertical or horizontal

pipelines, black solenoid actuator in the vertical upright position or tilted up to the horizontal, not up-side down. For vertical piping, we recommend that the direction of flow be from bottom to top.

The valve housing BVHM or the solenoid actuator MB 7 must not touch any surrounding walls – min. distance 20 mm (0.79 inch).

Install the butterfly valve in a straight pipeline. The length of an inlet and outlet section should be 2 x DN respectively.

Use a pipeline with the same nomi-nal dimensions.

The valve housing BVHM is in-stalled into the pipeline between two DIN flanges (ANSI flanges). Blank flanges, threaded flanges or reducing fittings can be supplied.

Disconnect the system from the electrical power supply.

Shut off the air supply.

Hot air as a medium If you are using insulated pipelines,

ensure that there is sufficient instal-lation space to access the screw connectors near the valve.

Caution! Do not insulate the solenoid actua-

tor MB 7 and BVHM! Use heat deflectors for a medium

temperature > 250°C (480°F) (see “Accessories”).

Inbouwen Inbouw in horizontale of verticale

leiding, zwarte magneetspoel verticaal staand tot horizontaal liggend, niet onderste boven. Bij verticale leiding adviseren wij de doorstroomrichting van beneden naar boven.

Klephuis BVHM en magneetspoel MB 7 mogen niet met muren in aanraking komen – minimum-afstand 20 mm (0,79 inch).

De regelklep in een rechte leiding inbouwen. De lengte van het in- en uitlooptraject moet elk 2 x DN bedragen.

Leiding met dezelfde nominale diameter gebruiken.

Het klephuis BVHM wordt tussen twee DIN-flenzen (ANSI-flenzen) in de leiding gemonteerd. Lasflenzen, schroefflenzen of verloopstukken zijn leverbaar.

Installatie spanningsvrij maken. Luchttoevoer afsluiten.

Warme lucht als medium Bij geïsoleerde leidingen op vol-

doende vrije ruimte voor de mon-tage van de schroefverbindingen in de omgeving van de klep letten.

Attentie! Magneetspoel MB 7 en BVHM niet isoleren!

Bij een temperatuur van het me-dium > 250°C (480°F) warmtege-leidingsplaten inzetten (zie “Toebe-horen”).

Montaggio Montaggio in tubazioni verticali od

orizzontali, attuatore elettromagne-tico nero in posizione eretta verti-cale o appoggiato in orizzontale, non capovolto. In caso di tubazioni verticali si consiglia la direzione di flusso dal basso verso l’alto.

Il corpo della farfalla BVHM e l’at-tuatore elettromagnetico MB 7 non devono venire in contatto con la muratura – distanza minima 20 mm (0,79 inch).

Installare la valvola a farfalla su una tubazione diritta. Il tratto di entra-ta e quello di uscita dovrebbero avere ognuno una lunghezza pari a 2 x DN.

Utilizzare tubazioni con lo stesso diametro nominale.

Il corpo della farfalla BVHM deve essere installato nella tubazione tra due controflange DIN (controflan-ge ANSI). Sono disponibili anche flange cieche, filettate o riduttori.

Togliere la tensione dall’impianto. Interrompere l’alimentazione del-

l’aria.

Media: aria calda Nelle tubazioni isolate controllare

che ci sia spazio sufficiente per montare i raccordi a vite nell’area della valvola.

Attenzione! Non isolare attuatore MB 7 e

BVHM! In caso di temperatura del media

> 250 °C (480 °F), inserire lamiere dissipatrici (vedi “Accessori”).

Montage Montage dans une conduite ver-

ticale ou horizontale, commande magnétique noire placée à la ver-ticale ou couchée à l’horizontale, pas à l’envers. En cas de montage dans une conduite verticale, nous recommandons un sens d’écou-lement de bas en haut.

La vanne papillon BVHM et la commande magnétique MB 7 ne doivent toucher aucune maçon-nerie – écartement mini. : 20 mm (0,79 pouces).

Monter la vanne papillon dans une conduite avec une longueur droite de 2 x DN en amont et en aval.

Utiliser une conduite ayant un di-amètre nominal identique.

La vanne papillon BVHM est inséré dans la tuyauterie entre deux brides DIN (brides ANSI). Des brides à col-lerette à souder en bout / taraudées ou des pièces de réduction peuvent être fournies.

Mettre l’installation hors tension. Fermer l’alimentation air.

Air chaud comme fluide En cas de conduites isolées, veiller

à ce qu’il y ait un espace libre suffi-sant à l’emplacement de montage pour les raccords à vis au niveau de la vanne.

Attention ! Ne pas isoler la commande ma-

gnétique MB 7 et la BVHM ! Si la température du fluide est su-

périeure à 250 °C (480 °F) utiliser des tôles dissipatrices de chaleur (voir “Accessoires”).

Montar la válvula de mariposa en una tubería recta. La longitud de un tramo de entrada y de salida debería ser en cada caso 2 x DN.

Utilizar tubería del mismo diámetro nominal.

El cuerpo de la válvula BVHM se monta en la tubería, entre dos bri-das DIN (bridas ANSI). Suministra-ble con brida para soldadura, brida roscada o piezas de reducción.

Desconectar y dejar sin tensión la instalación.

Cerrar el suministro de aire.

Aire caliente como fluido En las tuberías aisladas prestar

atención a que haya suficiente espacio de montaje para las co-nexiones atornilladas en la zona de la válvula de mariposa.

¡Atención! ¡No aislar el actuador electromag-

nético MB 7 ni la BVHM! En caso de temperatura del fluido

> 250 °C (480 °F) utilizar chapas disipado ras del calor (véase “Ac-cesorios”).

Assembly The valve housing BVHM and the

solenoid actuator MB 7 are deliv-ered separately.

Scope of delivery: butterfly valve BVHM, solenoid actuator MB 7, 2 hex screws A, seal B, coupling pin C and coupling ring D.

Check the butterfly position indi-cator: mark in the direction of the butterfly valve – if necessary, pull off the retaining ring using a screw-driver, reverse the disc and push the retaining ring back in.

The actuator and valve may be assembled offset by 90°. For in-stallation in the pipeline, install the black solenoid actuator in the verti-cal upright position or tilted up to the horizontal.

Tightness test Not obligatory. Close off the outlet of the butterfly

valve with a blanking plate or close the air solenoid valve downstream of the butterfly valve.

Remove the blanking plate or open the air solenoid valve downstream of the butterfly valve.

Klepstandindicator controleren: merkteken in de richting van de magneetklep – indien nodig, borg-ring met schroevendraaier lostrek-ken, schijf omdraaien en borgring weer naar binnen duwen.

De magneetspoel en de klep kunnen 90º verplaatst worden samengebouwd. Bij het monte-ren in de buisleiding de zwarte magneetspoel verticaal staand tot horizontaal liggend monteren.

Controle op lekkage niet voorgeschreven. Uitgang van de regelklep met

steekschijf afsluiten of de lucht-magneetklep achter de regelklep sluiten.

Corredo di fornitura: valvola a far-falla BVHM, attuattore elettroma-gnetico MB 7, 2 viti a testa esago-nale A, guarnizione B, trascinatore C e anello di giunzione D.

Controllare l’indicazione della posi-zione della farfalla: marcatura verso la farfalla – se necessario, con un cacciavite estrarre l’anello di arre-sto, montare il disco in posizione inversa e rimettere nella sua sede l’anello di arresto.

L’attuatore elettromagnetico e la valvola a farfalla si possono assemblare ruotati di 90°. In fase di installazione montare l’attuatore elettromagnetico nero sulla tuba-zione in posizione eretta verticale o appoggiato in orizzontale.

Controllo della tenuta non richiesto. Chiudere l’uscita della valvola a

farfalla con un tappo a innesto oppure chiudere la valvola elet-tromagnetica dell’aria a valle della valvola a farfalla.

Assemblage La vanne papillon BVHM et la

commande magnétique MB 7 sont livrées séparément.

Programme de livraison : van-ne papillon BVHM, commande magnétique MB 7, 2 vis à six pans A, joint d’étanchéité B, entraîneur C et anneau d’embrayage D.

Contrôler l’indication de position du papillon : repère vers le clapet magnétique – si nécessaire, ôter le circlip au moyen d’un tournevis, renverser le disque et repousser le circlip.

La commande magnétique et la vanne papillon peuvent être mon-tées en décalé à 90°. Lors du montage dans la conduite, mon-ter la commande magnétique noir placée à la verticale ou couchée à l’horizontale.

Vérifier l’étanchéité Non prescrit. Fermer la sortie de la vanne pa-

pillon avec une plaque d’obtura-tion ou fermer l’électrovanne d’air en aval de la vanne papillon.

Enlever la plaque d’obturation ou ouvrir l’élec trovanne d’air en aval de la vanne papillon.

Ensamblaje El cuerpo de la válvula BVHM y el
