Instead of caustic solution I replace it by water. This benefit us to stop caustic handling, cost reduced, acidic water produced recycle to the ETP. Used recycle water for the pusher centrifuge to minimize fresh water consumption partly solve the excess effluent generation. Final year engineering project

1) Installed in ETP plant2) Successfully trial run of 6KL batch complete3) Results are as desired CaCl2 concentration drop from 19.75 to 7.8%. Now working to

decrease concentration below 1% in influent.4) Scale up of system to treat 40KL per Day in progress.

Recently working on:

1) Upgradation of above system to reduce CaCl2 to1%2) Used flash steam from plant condensate to melt PNCB to melt which used in process. Flash

steam replaces boiler steam which minimize on boiler to supply of steam. 3) Project of ETP modification capital investment of about 50lac.

During these CaCO3 deposit which nonstick in nature ,not adhere to wall of pipes, vessels This technique is efficient and effective then chemical treatment to treat the water

Referred about 25-30 papers related to this topics Experimental setups used in that papers is 5 HP capacity motor, but we used 0.5 HP pump Design calculation done by me by referring fluid mechanics books and papers During the run of project face the problem of air leakage through pipe joints, I FOUND solution that

is conventional method of pipe connection Solved the problem of gasket by preparing it from waste tire rubber by cutting it into the size of the

flange and placing in between flange
