Daily, weekly and seasonal analysis of sales, stock and monitoring performance vis a vis targets. Analyzing previous season's history in comparison to current season to anticipate trends in consumer buying patterns. Fill plan monitoring & tracking of stock movement. Ongoing analysis of margins by style and product category.  Pricing the merchandise to achieve the required targets in terms of gross margin.  Planning product ranges and preparing stock plans in conjunction with Brand Manager.
