Facility Use and Other Contracts Please do not sign contracts or agreements…

Please do not sign any contract, facility use form, or other agreements on behalf of your 4‐H Club or the 4‐H Program. Most of these docu‐ments contain liability statements which can make you personally liable if there is any accident or injury. Even parade entries can con-tain liability statements. Send these documents to the 4‐H Office, and we will be more than happy to have them processed and signed for your club. In order for the University to honor the agreement, it must be approved by our office and signed by our County Director. Pro‐tect yourself and the 4‐H Program by making sure these agreements are completed and signed correctly.
