    Over the past two years as Co-ordinator of the South Perth Junior Football Club Auskick Programand current committee member I appointed Max as a Auskick Coach where he was in charge of ateam of 16 six and seven year olds. This required him to undertake a full day's training course toattain Level 1 accreditation and commit to a weekday afternoon training session and Sundaymorning game during which he displayed good organisational and community spirit engagingparents and children in an enthusiastic manner.Max is still involved in the Junior Football Club in 2007 and has recently completed an Umpire'saccreditation and umpires a junior football match on behalf of the Club at home games,approximately every second week. Max has shown a willingness to become involved incominunity-based sport when others are merely onlookers.
