SUMMARY

Mechanical Engineer with industrial experience in Quality. Good command on measurement instrument Vernier, Micrometer, Height gauge, depth gauge. Familiar with Calibration and gauge R&R. Proficient with Statistical Software-Minitab 17. Ability to identify potential risk in process and product, able to eliminate that risk using quality tools. Able to link FMEA with control plan. Familiar with Problem solving techniques (8D, Six Sigma DMAIC process). Familiar with basic quality Tools Kano, QFD, Fish born, SMED, Poke yoke, JIT. Able to create control charts using Minitab. Able to bring process in control if it is in out of control. Aware of Quality management system ISO 9001:2008. Implemented some standard operating procedure. Technical language: Engineering drawing and GD&T. Familiar with Total quality management. Proactive team player with great decision making, multi-tasking, time management skills. Fluency in English and Hindi. Have a good command on MS word and Excel.

Academic Experience Six Sigma Project:

To improve process efficiency and effectiveness 70% in track assembly process from current stage. We identify potential failure mode using PFMEA. Using RPN number we come up with three significant potential Failure mode which has significant impact on cycle time

and defect rate. Perform three Root Cause Analysis and come up with significant cause. Prepare corrective action plan for every Root Cause and implement it. Eventually, effective result achieve by reducing defect rate and cycle time. Guided By: Prof. Sean Kiani (Six sigma Master BB)

FMEA Project: We identify possible potential failure mode in process. Using AIAG principle we determine RPN for each Failure mode. Determine corrective action for each failure mode. Measure counter RPN number. Get significant control on risk.

Guided By: Prof. Sean Kiani (Six Sigma Master BB)

8D Problem solving: Using 8D methodology, we solve problem and prepare 8D report. Formed a team, define role for each member. Take interim corrective action. Performed RCA. prepare corrective and Preventive action plan Guided By: Prof. Dhaval Vyas(ASQ CQE,CQT)
