The Charge

• iCivics will ask each Master Teacher or team to plan and deliver 2-3 professional development trainings, with each training averaging around 15 teachers.(Ex: district, schools, regional, etc.) Work with FLREA to coordinate state or regional trainings or to volunteer to train in other districts.

• Alternatively, a Master Teacher can plan and deliver a lzrge district-wide training in which he or she impacts 50-75 local teachers in one program.
