خود را در آیینه می بینم

دست چپ و راستم عوض شده اند

قلبم مست راست است...

پرنده بی نشان از آیینه عبور کرد

و من پشت به او کردم

که فکر می کرد ماه چه زیباست و بی جاذبه

تو را به ماه تشبیه منی کنم

به پروانه ای که بالهایش شکسته

و جاذبه زمین او را میخکوب کرده است

ناقوس کلیسا از دور هرچه می خواهد بنوازد منی تواند

چون ریسمانش پاره شده است و زنگبان در خواب است .

قورباغه ای در برکه بدنبال بچه هایش می گشت

تا َسر رسد مرگ قورباغه ای که در مرداب خفه شد…

تا با پروانه پرواز کند به ابدیت

آنگاه که زیر خاک پنهان شده بود...

اشک سوگواری من نه دریاچه ای می شود نه مروارید

تنها آب بدمن را می خشکاند تا به درختان تعظیم کنم که چقدر پا برجایند

و من افتان و خیزان می روم تا آب بنوشم

تا بتوامن دوباره در مرگ پرندگان اشک بریزم

از دور صدای کالغی می آید که نوید باران می دهد

تا بجای من بگرید

تا من در بستر زمان به خواب روم

و خواب کویر را ببینم که از تشنگی بیهوش شده است...

خداحافظ ای کودکانی که شکم های تان مثل خمیر ُترش َوَرم کرده است

تا در تنور هوسِِ دل ها تنتان بسوزد

و لبهای سرختان بی رمق در حسرت بهشت اند…

و می شود کشید نقشه زمین را بر روی ختم مرغی که درونش گندیده

و جوجه ای در حسرت زاده شدن بخواب رفته است

می شود خندید

و در حسرت یک خواب خوش

مرگ نیزه اش را بطرف من پرتاب می کند...

و ماه ُکره ای بیش نیست.

I take a look at myself in the mirror

My right and left hands have been switched

My heart is on the right side...

The unmarked bird flew through the mirror

and I turned my back to her

She was pondering how beautiful the moon is but it has no gravity

I am not comparing you to the Moon

but to a butterfly whose wings are broken

and the Earth's gravity has her pinned down to the ground

The church bells unable to play what they wish from afar

as the bell ropes have been severed and the bell keeper is fast asleep

A frog was looking for her children in the pond

till the moment of death for a frog who drowned in the marsh lands

to fly to eternity along with a butterfly

the moment when she hid under the dirt

My tears of sorrow turn not into a lake nor do they produce pearls

It only dehydrates my body so that I bow to the perseverance of the trees

and I crawl to find water to drink

so that I can shed tears again when the birds die

I hear the sound of a crow from afar, bringing the news of rain

the rain can cry instead

so that I can go to sleep in the berth of time

and to dream of the desert that has lost consciousness in thirst

farewell to kids whose bellies have swollen like sour dough

where your bodies will burn in the cravings of the hearts

and your red and lifeless lips are longing the heavens

It's possible to draw the Earth's map on an eggshell rotten from inside

A chick has fallen asleep while longing to be born

One can laugh

and in the desire for a beautiful sleep

death throws it's dagger at me

and the Moon is just a orb
