Loyalty Campaigns Loyalty campaigns provide a means of tracking a

range of products to a particular Customer and

then providing some type of reward after a set

number of purchases. An example of this is a

Coffee Card that entitles you to a free coffee on

your 10th Coffee purchase.

Campaigns can be managed so that they are only

active or offered between selected periods in

order to encourage repeat business or more

business during quieter trading periods.

Run multiple campaigns at the same time like

10th Coffee free and 7th Cake free.

Create offers of free alcoholic drinks after a

selected number of purchased to encourage

additional sales within the laws of responsible

service of alcohol

The Campaigns can also be used to limit the first

purchase for free. This is used in University food

service where Students are entitled to one free

breakfast, lunch and dinner per day and the card

cannot be abused by friends getting free meals.

The campaigns feature has also been used

successfully by community groups to limit the

consumption of alcohol by any person to a

maximum of 6 drinks per day. Any purchase

above that number will not be allowed at the

Point of Sale in any of the locations that are part

of the same group of Hotels or Clubs.

The campaign feature is part of the Global

Loyalty in POS Magic SQL Back Office software so

customers can make purchases in different

venues and the same campaign rules will apply.

This means that the Coffee Cards can be used in

different coffee shop locations and customers

will still receive their rewards. All transactions

provide an audit trail in the back office for loyalty

balancing purposes.

Stop abuse of manual punch cards that provide

no audit trail of how many purchases have been

made before giving away something for free.

All campaign features are automatic, simply by

swiping a Loyalty Card with no additional

training required for staff on operational

procedures.

SMS or email promotions can be converted into a
