The “Don Pepe Estate” is located in the humid forest of Panama. Coffee has been grown in this region since 1898.
This coffee is a superb example of a natural processed geisha. Don Pepe estate has proven year on year that it can
produce the highest quality geishas. They are masters of applying the natural processing methods to the coffee
that results in such a unique and tantalising cup profile.
Produced by El Gorrion, this coffee is Maya Certified Organic. The soul climate in Nicaragua is ideal for producing
quality coffees. Jinotega is accountable for a majority of the coffee production in the country and as a result it is
known as “the coffee capital of Nicaragua”.
