Professional Experience ______________________________________ Portfolio Planner – Asia Pacific & China Shell People Services Asia August 2012 - Present ______________________________________ Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia Single point of accountability responsible for the development and execution of real estate portfolio planning activities for non-hydrocarbon infrastructure across Shell’s property portfolio in Asia Pacific and China. Responsible for the successful delivery of key strategic real estate initiatives, both independently and through the management of 3 rd party service providers, in 11 different countries across Asia. Deliverables include new market entries, country-wide portfolio plans, site closures, building integrity assessments, space utilization studies, scenario plans, integration strategies and guidelines for non-operated Integrated Gas projects. Build relationships and lead engagements with senior leaders to ensure alignment of business activities with real estate portfolio requirements. Work closely with Country Chair’s and Vice Presidents to ensure all necessary information is available to effectively carry out portfolio planning activities. Chairman of both the Asia Pacific and China Territory Leadership Teams (TLT), comprised of the senior territory leader of each Group Real Estate discipline (Strategy & Portfolio, Transactions & Projects, Facilities Management, HSSE&SP, Asset Protection and Corporate Travel). Objective of each TLT is to ensure effective collaboration, manage stakeholder engagement, to provide visible HSSE and general leadership. Key Accomplishments As a member of the Integration Planning team supporting the Shell-BG merger, the 14 th largest corporate M&A in history, directly accountable for developing real estate integration strategies for five countries (Singapore, Thailand, China, Australia and Japan) by working side-by-side with Country Integration Leads. Led a global portfolio planning pilot project in New Zealand by working with the NZ Senior Leadership Team to facilitate the development of 20-year business driven scenarios which were then paired with real estate strategies. This was the first time scenarios were introduced to Shell Real Estate strategic planning and it set the standard for all future global planning initiatives. Delivered $45m USD of combined savings through business approved strategies in 2015, most notably intervening to prevent investment on an office project that was misaligned with Group objectives. Managed a coded project in China with senior business leaders to develop a Business Case for relocating a class of business’ headquarters and 200+ staff from Beijing to Shanghai. Business Case was endorsed in 2013 by Executive Vice President of China and the relocation was completed in 2015. Led a multi-disciplinary team to create a concise set of Non-Operated Venture (NOV) Guidelines for the Integrated Gas project team. The NOV Guidelines provided project leaders and venture partners with greater awareness of real estate and non-technical risk considerations across a project lifecycle to prevent value leakage and to make better informed decisions. Develop and implement strategies coinciding with business needs regarding lease terms and conditions, number of property acquisitions and timing of disposals to mitigate vacancies and align customer demand with portfolio supply.

� Accountable for the day-to-day activities of a countrywide residential portfolio consisting of over 900 units

with a peak contract value in excess of $200 million USD. Currently operating with a vacancy rate of 2%.

� Responsible for analyzing the local market, establishing relationships with property vendors and contactors, identifying and presenting to management key developments which are in line with business needs and standards as well as maintaining up to date market trend knowledge.

� Project-manage and supervise contractors employed on behalf of Qatar Shell to conduct preventative, reactive

and selective works on properties. Contract Holder for 21 contracts with a total value of $250 million USD

� Ensure prompt and complete payment for each lease, totaling $16.4 million USD annually

� Manage and supervise an International staff of 7 employees responsible for utility and communication connections, housing allocations, temporary housing, project management, logistics, housekeeping, SAP, financial reporting and record keeping.

Key Accomplishments

� End-to-end management of ramp up and subsequent consolidation of the residential and office portfolio of the Pearl GTL project, the largest single Royal Dutch Shell project investment in history ($19 billion).

� Successful negotiation and completion of long-term lease agreements for 144 apartments, 139-mixed unit compound, 130-villa compound, 203-villa compound and a high-rise tower with 158 apartments.

� Successful completion of a tender and award of a development agreement and 10-year lease for the

design, construction and financing of a 350-mixed unit residential development with recreational facilities valued at $124.6 mln USD.

� Career development of staff members who have advanced within the Company to assume international

first International satellite office venture located in Doha, Qatar.
