Standard installation for services are indicated above. In-line booths and peninsula booths will have all lines installed at the back of the booth. Forisland booths, you should send a floor plan that indicates where you would like the main location for your services. If a floor plan is not received forisland booths, we will designate the center of the booth (or another location at our discretion) as the primary location. Changes in service location &multiple locations for service will be charged the appropriate time and material rate.

PAYMENT & CANCELLATION PROCEDURESPlease read the Method of Payment Form carefully for instructions regarding each different method of payment option.

SAVE MONEY $$$You can save money by placing your orders by twenty-one (21) days prior to show opening! The advanced rate cut off is listed at the top of each orderform. Full payment must be included with the orders to receive the Advance Rate. Orders received after the Advance Rate Cut-Off date will becharged at the Show Rate where applicable.

There are three (3) major types of exhibit spaces (or booth types) used at trade shows, conventions and events. You will find these types of boothsmentioned in several of the service forms which you will be completing. Following are the standard installations for each type:

PLACING ORDERS ONSITEAny onsite orders MUST be placed in person at the Mandalay Bay Service Desk . The Service Desk is located on Level 1 of the South ConventionCenter, next to the Business Center. MBCC will not take orders for services over the phone, as payment and a signature is required before service isdelivered.

REPORTING TROUBLE WITH SERVICESIn order to allow MBCC the ability to rectify or trouble-shoot any problems you may have with services you have ordered, all reports of trouble withinstalled or delivered services need to be reported by the Exhibitor in person to the MBCC personnel at the Mandalay Bay Service Desk. The ServiceDesk is located on Level 1 of the South Convention Center, next to the Business Center. Any reports of trouble with installed or delivered services afterthe event has concluded will not be refunded.

If you plan to service food and/or beverage in your booth, it is required that you order PeriodicPorter Service.

MBCC is the "exclusive" cleaning contractor for all cleaning services. No other cleaning is allowed on the show floor except for initial wipe down. No outsidecleaning contractors are permitted to perform cleaning at MBCC. Cleaning begins the first day of move-in and continues until the final cleaning at move-out. Boothcleaning is performed each night at the Exhibitor's expense. Any requests for Booth Cleaning once on Show Site must be done in person at the MBCC ExhibitioService Desk. Booth Cleaning will not be performed if the plastic is not removed from your booth area the night before show opens.

MBCC shall not be liable to renter any liability, claim loss, damage (direct or consequential) or expense of any kind or nature caused, directly or indirectly, by the services or anyinadequacy thereof for any purpose, delay in providing or failure to provide any thereof, or any interruption or loss of service or use thereof, or any loss of business, or any damagewhatsoever and however caused by MBCC shall not, by virtue of having rented the equipment under this contract, be deemed to have made any representation or warranty, whetherwritten or oral or expressed or implied as to the condition of, or as to the quality of the services.

Renter assumes all risk of loss, theft, destruction of, or damage to equipment and will hold MBCC harmless from anyand all damages, claim, lien, storage costs, labor and materials. Credit cards are charged upon receipt of the order for the full amount of services ordered. Phone call charges and anyadditional charges will be added to your final invoice after the close of show.

Instruments, with attachment lines, must be returned to the Mandalay Bay Service Desk within one (1) hourfollowing the close of show. Exhibitors who do not return their equipment, or return damaged equipment, will becharged the full replacement cost of the equipment.

Deposits are used towards all calls placed against assigned telephone numbers. Additional charges exceeding thedeposit amount will be charged to the credit card on file.

For Exhibitors ordering the Credit Card machine line, the machines have to be programmed to dial 9. You can contactyour customer service representative with the credit card machine company for instructions. We are not able to do thisfor you.

All equipment must be programmed to dial 9 for outside access.

There will be a $25.00 service charge for all returned checks.

The location of any line in the booth must be indentified on this form, or on a customer provided diagram. Incompleteforms will delay processing. Encore offers a "3 Day Rate" on shows fromfour to seven days. Electrical Service is not included in equipment pricing. Please contact Edlen Electrical at (702) 322-5707. Additional labor, if required, is subjectto the prevailing rate, four (4) hour minimum. Encore will contact you if additional labor is required for your booth. Written cancellation of equipment and services must be received by MBCC Exhibitor Services72 hours prior to start time or a cancellation charge of 100% will be applied. Equipment delivery and installation times are prioritized after the completed formis processed by MBCC. MBCC is not responsible ifequipment installation does not meet your timeline due to any unforeseen circumstances that may occur at show site. All prices are subject to change without prior notice.

Rental charges shall be based on all or any part of each twenty-four (24) hour period to the following 5:59AM. Renter agrees to pay rental fee stipulated for period stated. IfEquipment is kept for a longer period, rental fee will be charged at the stated rate until the Equipment is returned to the possession of MBCC

MBCC shall have a lien on all Renter's property for all charges and expenses incurred by MBCC under the terms of the contract including those caused by damage to ordestruction of said Equipment.Renter agrees that MBCC has the right to terminate this agreement at any time, and retake possession of said Equipment and Renter shall guarantee free access to MBCC ofsaid Equipment and may enter upon the premises of the Renter, without becoming liable for trespassRenter expressly agreesto use Equipment in strict accordance with the following instructions. Failure to do so automatically terminates this contract, with all sums due hereunderimmediately payable to MBCC. Renter further agrees to immediately return said EquipmentMBCC shall not be liable to Renter any liability, claim loss, damage (direct or consequential) or expense of any kind or nature caused, directly or indirectly, by the Equipment orany inadequacy thereof for any purpose or any deficiency or defect (latent or patent) therein or delay in providing or failure to provide any thereof, or any interruption or loss of

service or use thereof, or any loss of business, or any damage whatsoever and however caused by MBCC shall not, by virtue of having rented the Equipment under this contract,be deemed to have made any representation or warranty, whether written or oral or expressed or implied as to the condition of, or as to the qualityof the material or workmanshipin the E ui ment .

Renter assumes all risks of loss, theft, or destruction of, or damage to such Equipment, and will hold MBCC harmless from any and all damages, claim, lien, storage costs, laborand materials. Renter further agrees to pay MBCC on demand all cost of repairs or replacement at the current repair or replacement costs of said Equipment.

Renter understands and agreesthat the Equipment describedin the Contract remains the property of MBCC, and that the failure by the Renter to return said Equipment to MBCCmay constitute a crime and subject Renter to criminal prosecution.
