Initiation & Growth: At the time of S.D plan submission in 2014, we acknowledged that there

were lessfeeding children for the next acd. Year. After few days we decided

to take up initiation, then we proceeded for amodel action plan for better

enrolment. We planned certain objectives to implement the action plan as

below.

1) Change the School atmosphere.

2) Raise the donations(Present CSR Programme) to strengthen the

focused areas.

3) Top Priority to teach in English medium.

4) Doing Different activities on Health & Education.

5) Advertise about the best practices in the School.

In the process, we have not supporting hands from the nearby resources at

the same time never got disappointment. We thought that need to start

from our side, then approached my brother for donation and succeeded.

Before School reopen, we accommodated furniture item and TLM

with the help of my brother.

Gradually, increasing the donors to the school and Started English medium

during acd.Year2014-15 but we know that, we have less feeding children.

We decided to went to the neighbour village Jangampally, wherethe

students were going to the private schools. And we have started our

Campaignfrom doorto door in the village and explained the parents about

the school objectives and implementation. Most of the parents were directly

opposed our views. Particularly,we targeted the Private School going

children. We asked one month period to prove our arguments. But we got

only 2 admissions from Private school. Then,we decided to put our attention

on quality education and to be acountable. We worked out more than

regular teaching learning process. We noticed that some children were

inactive in the class room. Specially below average students always looking

for easy and creative concepts. Then we focused on alternative methods

for them. When we create a material based or doing based environment in

the teaching learning process then they revited their attention on the

learning concepts. We know that is a time taking process, but we don’t give

priority totime bonded methods. We stand for given assuranceto the

parents. We used Various TLM and concentrated onbasic competencies.

Exercised for mono actions, Self-introduction by using limited vocabulary.

Students also interestedin the different activities. All the extra-ordinary

elements of the School were spread one to other villages.Gradually, we

have gotgood response from the society.

Jolly time to play

In the year 2017, Sri.M.Ramulu, Mandal Educational Officer Wargal

encouraged the School by adjusting a teacher Smt.K.Padma on deputation

and accommodated a vidya volunteer Smt. J.Bhavani by the help of

donors. All these efforts give us huge response from the parents of

neighbour villages and interested to join their children. The school enrolment

was 63 in the year 2017 from nearby 5 villages.

On 11th July, 2018 our Head mistress Smt.R.Anuradha has been

transferred from the school at the same time Sri. J.Raja Narendar Reddy, S.G

teacher has been joined in the school. After that we decorated outside of

the school with paintings and procure furniture for class I. the school

enrolment was 82 in the year 2018 from 8 villages. This year enrolment is 92 .

Conclusion:

The school committed to their Vision and Mission.

Here, we never do such things like duress and Detain the

child. Always maintain joyful atmosphere.

This year we refuse some admissions due to insufficient class

rooms. So we have a new problem as lack of space for

Classrooms and play ground. We are waiting to fulfil the

gap by the involvement of govt and Society.

The way of our journey to success always keep support us

the DEO, the MEO, Parents, All the Donors, Spandana Trust

and society. Here is a most key point that few things prompt

the parents to follow through accountability. Our success is

not an event, it is a continues process.

Thank you
