◆ Remove gra� ti from Trust-owned surfaces within seven days of noti� cation of its presence. If the gra� ti is o� ensive, it will be removed within 24 hours.

◆ Remove the contents of � y tipping from Trust-owned land within seven days of noti� cation of its presence. If the contents are hazardous (e.g. asbestos, chemicals, glass etc.), they will be removed as soon as possible by a specialist contractor.

◆ Repair or replace damaged fencing on Trust-owned land within 14 days (subject to the availability of materials). If the damaged fencing is identi� ed as a health and safety risk, the fencing will be made safe within 24 hours.

◆ Produce and attach a 30-day removal notice to an abandoned vehicle which

is identi� ed as being on Trust land. After this time, the vehicle will be removed within 14 days.

◆ Ensure that, if the problem you have is the responsibility of your Local Authority, you are provided with the contact details of the relevant department and a direct telephone number.

◆ Cut all Trust-owned grassed areas at least twice a month between the months of April and October (subject to the weather).

◆ Cut all hedges at least twice a year, and three times a year for passageways.

◆ Make a decision on an application for an alteration to your home within eight weeks (allowing for four weeks’ consultation with neighbours). For some minor alterations where consultation with neighbours is not necessary

(see Design Guide for details), we willmake a decision within three weeks. If thisis not possible, you will be informed anda timeframe will be agreed between the Trust and you.

In addition, in Birmingham we will:◆ Empty all Trust-owned litter bins at least

three times a week.

◆ Collect fallen leaves on Trust-owned land from October or November (depending on leaf fall) to February.

◆ Provide a range of community facilities for you to use.

In addition, in Lightmoor Village

(Telford) we will:◆ Litter-pick all Trust-owned areas at

least once a week.

◆ Provide a supply of road salt for residents to spread over the courtyard

areas owned and maintained bythe Trust.

◆ Ensure that faults reported about the Integrated Reception System are attended to within three working days (within four hours for major faults reported before 4.00 p.m.)

◆ Carry out a weekly Environmental Visual Assessment of the whole village to identify any estate problems, including gra� ti and vandalism, health and safety breaches and damage.
